About this business
What I love most about 8x8 is the app. I can make phone calls from my cell using my office number. Second would be my voicemail's are sent to my email which is convenient when I'm out I know who called and can listen to the message they left.
I do not like it. Not user friendly. Not good for small rural companies. So far from a traditional phone system cannot see who is on another call. Transferring a call take too many steps. Cannot put a call on hold and pick it back up from another extension. Having a screen pop up every time a call comes in interrupts whatever you may be working on. Hoping after spending all the money on this system that they make much needed improvements.
I am most excited that we can receive our voicemail messages through our emails with the option to listen to them. This feature is very convenient when out of the office. Our company mostly operate from emails in business. Everyone is very excited with this 8x8 services along with an expanding company! Whoo! Thanks 8x8!
As a remote employee, I love being on the same phone system as the rest of the company.

Our employees work from home and 8x8 gives us the capability of working as though we are all under one roof. We could not run our business without it!
I would love to say nice things about 8x8. However, I have had too many bad experiences and now feel I need to find another service provider. Sorry 8x8, but your staff and your policies have let me down.
