My experience with 8x8 is horrible. I wanted to cancel my account and when I tried they said I have a contract with them, and I said I never signed anything and they that's right but just by "using 8x8" you automatically agree to their terms which is a rolling 12 month contract. I was with them about 4 years an wanted to cancel on 1/4/16 and they said I owe 11 months of my monthly service hundreds of dollars very sleazy company I would AVOID!!!!
Business response:
8x8’s service and renewal terms are outlined in our Terms and Conditions (T&C’s). At the time of order you were presented these T&C’s and asked to read and electronically accept them before the order was processed and service initiated. This is a process that all customers must do when requesting new service. Additionally the T&C’s are also available online at 8x8.com for a customer’s future reference. With that being said, you were a customer for 4 years and we would like to learn more about what has happened recently tha... read more
I do not have to be in the office to find out who needs me and why? There is nothing wrong with being in the office, but when you travel or have to be away from the office.... You pick up Voice Mails as they happen.
Technical support via phone calls.
If I were to describe what I love about 8X8, Inc., it can be summed up into eight sentences: • Positive phone experience • Instant email follow-up to phone calls and or correspondence • Continued high quality technological information • Interesting monthly new letters • Availability to virtual contact • Live webinars • Interesting Customer stories • And last but not least, a very user friendly website Well, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
What I love least is that it does not seem to be forwarding amy calls that come in on my lines to my cell phone like it is supposed to. And i have no idea what my lines are or how to fix this. Seems like a total waste of time and money to me.
it works most of the time. BUT..... but it's significantly more blotchy and cuts in and out when compared to my previous Cisco IP phone. My customers can hear every other word. in some cases i've gone to using my cell phone for conference calls. I'm not happy my company made the change back to 8x8. it has the same spotty sound as it did before NetSuite moved to the Cisco phone a couple years ago.
I love how easy it is to send calls anywhere in the office!
In eight words: access on demand from anywhere on any device.
We are a craft food business that looks bigger than its britches. M.A.D. Foods hand crafts Euro-inspired, Made-in-America specialties: dry cured sausages, truffle butters, and duck items, such as confit and fat. Thanks to multiple lines and remote access from multiple platforms, we can get on the road without missing a sale. Say we're at the PA factory doing QC on the latest batch of cream for our luscious truffle butters. We can juggle a lot of calls, thanks to 8x8. A lost trucker (have you thought about adding a GPS fu... read more
