The way the system integrates my mobile phone into the phone "system" at work. When I'm in the office, I make calls using the 8x8 Virtual Office app and talk on my mobile phone which has a Bluetooth headset. My mobile number is protected so I don't divulge this unless I want to. When I'm our and about, calls to my extension are automatically routed to my mobile phone so I can better serve my clients. 8x8 has been great!

I can receive and do outbound calls to my customers in the office and at home without bringing a physical phone through my laptop. I can also play my voice mails.
The fact that 8x8 can connect with multiple devices in your party, making it easy to transfer calls is a nice feature. Even when I am away from my desk which has a hard line phone, I still receive the call to my mobile device which has 8x8. And that is great because it improves our company reputation as far as costumer service, it helps us to answer every call possible. Lastly, it has the great feature of allowing to send via messages, or texts to another person in your 8x8 party.
You can listen to your voice mail while working on your computer. It saves you time, you don't have to use your phone.
The big commercial fax machine is gone and replaced with a beautiful red hibiscus tree. Color is back in the office.
The ability to retrieve and analyze data using the Account Manager login. An example of this was being able to research and track incoming and outgoing minutes in order to consider a new internet service provider. The data helped us to realize that switching to a new provider would actually cost us more money than if we stayed with the existing provider. The 8x8 product is a winner in my book!
We were able to go from no phone system for a new location to ordering and setup in less than a week!
