Honestly, we were completely and thoroughly disappointed with 8x8. Over a period of roughly 6 months, 8x8's terrible, ignorant, and otherwise completely inept tech support cost us nearly a dozen clients, tens of thousands of dollars in man hours and refunds, and left us with numerous additional clients without support or usable service. We reached out to a wide array of senior management officials, and not a single one EVER felt it was worth their time to help support a primary partner. We need to remove a user and their is no way to do that. We can add a user however we cannot cancel one! Other than that this is a 5 star service

Not sure why I do this as I don't believe anyone reads these messages. Your customer service should be relabeled "source for weblinks" as that's all you do is give customers links to find answers (hopefully) on their own on your website so you don't have to have your CS reps spend any more time than is absolutely necessary with your customers.

Just like RJNRV, we have problems downloading the phone statement and 8x8 insists it should be easy. Right - it should be but it's broken! RJNRVJun 14, 2015 Pros The telephone system does work and sound quality is good if you have blazing fast internet. Cons Very expensive, poor customer service/tech support. The features of the voice mail system are very robust but the setup is not "plug and play". If you run into a problem with voice quality (i.e. drop calls, unclear calls, etc.) it will require you to reconfigure your network with a stand alone cable modem (often a specific brand/model) and a specific brand/model of router. 8x8 is not fully tested and operational with all in one cable modem/router most often installed by your cable provider. You should have cared what I thought when I was your customer. You have absolutely the worse support and follow-up from your team I have ever experienced in an online service.

ONLY for Felicia in Customer Service. She was great, took time to explain and not to justify previous BAD experience with a CS rep taking 40 minutes of my time and then when call was dropped, did NOT Call back or MAKE any Notes in the System about our call -- NOT Felicia -- she handled all my questions like a pro.

We are currently a 8x8 customer. We are also the recipients of and uncompleted transfer and telephone system. We now pay two phone bills. comcast and 8x8. The entire system is inadequate at best. All repairs are smoke and mirrors. The last time I spoke to some one at 8x8 he so sorry. He was going to have their best technician call me. That was months ago. I am going to employ a new company as soon as I can get comcast to give up their position. That will be shortly. Good by 8x8 and Comcast, both are liars and con men.... read more
