As a franchisee I am not allowed all of the benefits 8x8 has to offer. My franchisor owns the system and my number. Consequently I am but a mere extension not a phone number in the eyes of 8x8. So, the app is not available to me. I attempted to use the app unsuccessfully. I called support and they would not assist me without the password on the account. I have had more calls dropped in the last 6 months. For whatever reason the service has not been as good lately. Sometimes I can't get the line to work and I know it isn't my internet connection. I will look for another carrier if this continues.

8x8 Support has been nothing but amazing, the billing department though is questionable. You have to keep an eye on your bill or it gets ridiculously out of hand.

Poor service and you don't keep your word. I tries for 10 days to get through to someone to cancel our service. Of course you waited until after we billed so you could charge us an extra month. I was told by someone in your account services department that they would reverse the charge. It's been 5 months so it looks like that's not going to happen. That explains why they said it was unnecessary to give their contact information. We left because your lack of support department only cares about getting the customer off the ph... read more

Dropped calls and random transfer issues - finally gave up and transferred service to another provider.
