I tend to have a number of SFDC windows open at the same time which the app does not work with and gets confused.

The app will use the name of the last contact that called in, for the current call. Which makes it frustrating for logging current calls. Also the calls don't always "end" when I hang up the phone, they continue to pop up on each tab open.

I like the idea of this app, but the execution needs some work to open and close according to the calls made. It should record who just called in, not the last person to call in. It can be unwieldy at times.

Super sick of logging 3-4 calls for every 1 call that I make.

Horribly unstable. if voicemail is working then call records is not. If regular calling is working then vm are not. Nothing but issues and it's slow. Very very slow.
