the 8x8 in salesforce is constantly malfunctioning which makes my job super hard mainly when I cant click to dial

Slows Salesforce and has terrible sound/call quality. Worst decision for investment.

Call made to using known contact cell phone number. Salesforce application found contacts that did not contain the complete phone number calling. Searched all contacts that were referenced and only one of them contained the # being called from, which was the correct contact. So why did it pull three contacts that don't have that number associated. Next issue is that when the call is disconnected and the page reloads, the incoming call reappears every time the page is reloaded, sometimes with multiple instances of the call ... read more

The call quality is terrible. Constantly dropping calls and when connected it is a bad connection. Constantly hearing people say they can't understand me because the call is dropping and they only understand every other word.

I am having issues connecting 8x8 with salesforce. If someone could assist me with also connecting my cellphone to 8x8 and salesforce, that would be very helpful.

The concept of the application is great, however my team has experienced excessive issues with dropped calls, information not logging, lost sms messages, and more. The level of service and support we have received from representatives has been hit or miss. Some staff have been excellent, detailed, and efficient, while others have just led us down a rabbit hole to no avail.

I click at lead call icon, it pulls up the phone and tags it to the wrong lead. when I try to select the right lead I only have one option (the wrong lead) to choose from. No good. Can I fix this on my end?
