Alex had phenomenal customer service, and his installation work was very clean. Alex was very patient teaching us the system and explaining the ins and outs of how it works. My family is very satisfied with his over customer service.
Alex did a fabulous job installing and explaining how the system works and your role in protecting me. I found the control panel to be very user friendly. He provided advice on where to place the stickers, and showed me how to operate from my phone. Polite, courteous, and clear.
