UPDATE: For the present, for 2026, my devices are connecting to a functioning camera at my front door, most of the time, over the last couple of weeks. I am happy to have the improvement and am revising my rating upwards.

Mr. Chang was the best! He was professional, kind and very thorough. He installed everything carefully and went over everything. He even cheered me on when I won a game I was playing while he was installing the motion sensor on top of the amazing service. The product quality is amazing. The pictures are crystal. Clear the system is easy to use. I feel safe in my home now. Aaa is the best!
