Had A3 Smarthome install alarm system in new home. Kei Harris, the technician, spent nearly 10 hours getting the system set and ready to use. It was a very big job! He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the system. He exercised patience walking us through the use of the system. It's important to note, Kei did this on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) and was not able to take a lunch break. They make it impossible for you to get out of contract. I had service for 9 days. I made several phone calls trying to figure out the system (thinking it was user error). Apparently there is a 5 day cancellation timeframe that nobody told me about. I could cancel but I was still going to be responsible for the equipment that was wired into my home. I cancelled my service today with pleasure due to poor horrendous customer service, inadequate and untruthful billing issues, and lack of transparency! I will never promote or suggest anyone to do business with this company!
I purchased the home security w/ outside camera and sensor lights. the installer misplaced the camera and the lighting was extremely low. two days later my license plates were stolen. a few months after that my indoor camera was cut while I was burglarized. Ithe door lock combo was broken, a helpful tech came out. I'm under warranty but my front camera ( burglarized) isn't covered. as a premium customer I thought the warranty would cover the tech visit, and outside camera/ sensor lights. otherwise why bother?! the point is t... read more
