I had my AAA Smart home security system installed yesterday. My installer Alan showed up right at 8 AM. He was there for seven hours installing my cameras, my doorbell. My entry sensor showed me how to use them really spend a lot of time getting to know comfortable with him system then showed us how we could contact them it should we need further help I couldn't be more pleased. It went so well. My husband was very skeptical but afterward was so happy that we did it.

I've been with them since 2007 and am moving to a rental house without a security system. I went online to cancel the service and the system said that someone would have to call me back in order to cancel the service. I received a call back the next day and, because I gave only 8 days notice to cancel, was told that I had to pay for an extra month (they require 10 days notice and won't pro-rate). Raj, Jeff and CJ installed my new A3Smart home alarm system and were amazing at doing it efficiently, professionally, provided instructions and overly were absolutely fantastic, fabulous, and faster than a speeding bullet! Great job and would recommend these 3 to friends and family alike.

Let me start by saying that AAA Smart Home Security is the ONLY way to go!!! My alarm.com system crashed on Friday at 3:30pm. I panicked and called the 800 number. All agents were busy. I'm still freaking out, until I got Christy. She spent over an hour with me and was finally able to get our system back up and running by 6pm. I have no words, other than "THANK YOU, AAA SMART HOME & CHRISTY!!!!" I was able to know my Residents were secure and I could start my weekend. Mil gracias :-)

Tarek was extremely helpful in explaining what equipment I had ordered before he started with the installation. When I in quoted about adding another camera outside and a thermostat last minute, he was more than willing to accommodate my request. He made sure I knew how to use the equipment/app and made sure I had all my questions answers before he wrapped all his this. Tarek was very polite and professional. If I have any other products to be added to my home by AAA, I hope they send Tarek!

AAA Security could not provide us with a working doorbell. we cancelled our service. They sent collections to obtain a $338 past due bill for equipment. My husband and I are both veterans. I am 100% disabled. We reached out to BBB for assistance. They accepted the complaint but said AAA would not backdown from the charges. I told the BBB that we are both seniors (74 and 73) and I felt we were being taken advantage of ---we went for four months without a doorbell because AAA couldn't give us a working one.
