Do not I repeat do not use AAA for home security. I set up what was supposed to be three cameras around my house. I was told there was no contract. I could stop at any time. Free of charge. Technician arrived at my house. Had no idea what he was doing. Told me he could only put an a doorbell camera, which took quite a few hours to even do that. Last couple of months have been reviewing cameras for home security & liked what AAA has to offer. Price was reasonable, installation went smoothly, techs were knowledgeable & kept me apprised as to what was being done--very professional.
Just had system installed 3 days ago, having nothing but problems. Just tried to call in another problem only to find out the office is closed on Sundays. WTF!!! Going to do everything in my power to cancel this ASAP!

GARBAGE!!!!! DONT DO IT! I love AAA, but their home security system is a useless scam. I bought the system primarily to secure 2 doors. Unfortunately,those 2 doors trip the alarm every time the wind blows, so I have to bypass them. I wasn't informed that the City I live in requires me to register a home alarm system, so I am required to pay the City in addition to the monthly monitoring. Mr. Soukmang, provided professional service in the installation of our system. He was very knowledge when asked various questions about the product and how various things worked. He reached the top of the charts when being patient as he guided us through the workings of the system. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this system. Thank you very much for your service. My installer did everything as requested in my order. Additionally, he mentioned a product that I should've ordered originally so I okayed it on the spot and he had all the parts with him for me. He was very patient with me and very nice to my dogs. My only tiny issue was that the panel could not be placed on a wall where I would have liked it to go. Instead, he gave me a standing portable panel that can be placed anywhere. Also, I found AAA's prices very reasonable. I bought during a 50% off sale.
Rajan and Jeff did a very good job of installing a security system in my home. They are very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. I really appreciate their efforts and help. Thank you Ramon Foster
