My installer did everything as requested in my order. Additionally, he mentioned a product that I should've ordered originally so I okayed it on the spot and he had all the parts with him for me. He was very patient with me and very nice to my dogs. My only tiny issue was that the panel could not be placed on a wall where I would have liked it to go. Instead, he gave me a standing portable panel that can be placed anywhere. Also, I found AAA's prices very reasonable. I bought during a 50% off sale.

Still dealing with problems with this maddening system. One camera never records anything. I've had people come in to steal packages, animals digging my plants and the camera sees nothing! They sent technicians out once who only told me my signal was strong. Right now the camera shows that it's off-line. Piece of junk isn't even working. Total waste of money. So regret getting the system as it was a total waste of money. There are so many better systems out there. Do a little research and above all stay away from this piece ... read more

This is theeeee worst system ever. DO NOT buy it as the product and equipment are misrepresented and it is NOT compatible with any Alexa, Google, and type of voice associated AI system. They tell you the motion detector has a range of 20 feet, it is 7 feet, and that is nuts and it doesn't reset for 15 minutes. The cameras also have poor range and none of them have flood lights. I had major trouble with this company when I signed up 2 years ago. They promised me that they fixed the situation and I was happy. Now here I am 2 years later and many phone calls trying to get it to keep working and I still have a doorbell that will not work due to Arizona heat. I really wish someone would have told me the doorbell would never work! I would have spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Had a few cameras installed by their employee Ernie. Very professional work and he set my phone up with their app and showed me how to use it which is really easy. I've had this security system for almost a couple months now and very impressed with the picture quality of their video cameras.
