We're very happy with our new AAA security system. Our installer Antonio was top notch. He was very professional explained everything to us and answered all our questions.
Purchased new home in Scottsdale and shopped around for home security system providers. Ended up going with AAA Smart Home Security based on there technology, modern equipment and their familiarity with our neighborhood and needs. Sales team was great to work with and provided a complete competitively priced system. Travis, there installer, was very professional and knowledgable installing equipment. He did a FANTASTIC job and took extra care to locate devices in correct positions without damaging any surfaces in our hom... read more

AAA did a fantastic job all around! Their recommendations for hardware and placement were thoughtful and made sense. I never felt sales pressure, only helpful suggestions, and they really listened to my input. Their service and follow up were very good. The system and phone app are very easy to navigate and understand. I'd highly recommend AAA for security systems.

I made an appointment with AAA Smart Home Security and was surprised by how easily they installed cameras at my residence. Brandon was punctual and professional on the day of the appointment. He completed the installation promptly--a satisfied and happy customer here. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

I received a discount on my home insurance for purchasing this system interest free so the equipment pays for itself. The system works great . The cameras are nice and clear and I can easily zoom in. The installers were wonderful! Very professional. They spent a lot of time explaining my system and I never got the feeling they were trying to get the job done and get out, instead they went out of their way to make sure I understood everything completely and they explained each step of what they were doing in the house and whe... read more

What an amazing experience I had yesterday morning with the installation of AAA Home Security. Chaz and Ahmad arrived promptly as scheduled at 10:00 AM, professionally introduced themselves and politely asked me if I can show them around the house. They wasted no time and went on with the installation which was perfectly done. After all was completed, Ahmad spent ample time with me explaining how the system functions. Truly, I have nothing but praise for the work that was done by both Chaz and Ahmad and wholeheartedly recomm... read more
I wish to commend Bree H. for representing me with an account issue. Bree went the extra mile to ensure my concerns were addressed better than I could have hoped for. I have been a member of AAA for over 40 years having used many of their products from roadside service to travel to insurance and now home security. Bree is an outstanding representation of AAA's services, hence the reason I've been with them for so long. As for A3 home security, I've been extremely pleased with their rapid response to a couple of alarms I'v... read more

We just had our system installed so I will try to return after we have had weeks/months to experience the system in action. But being a AAA member and receiving that discount, plus a 40% sale on equipment that happened to pop up right as we went through our decision process made AAA SHS an obvious choice, almost bringing it down in price that would be comparable to a DIY system from SimpliSafe, which I considered as well. But since I decided on AAA, they have been very proactive in following up. Contacted by my sales rep ... read more
