Let me start by saying that AAA Smart Home Security is the ONLY way to go!!! My alarm.com system crashed on Friday at 3:30pm. I panicked and called the 800 number. All agents were busy. I'm still freaking out, until I got Christy. She spent over an hour with me and was finally able to get our system back up and running by 6pm. I have no words, other than "THANK YOU, AAA SMART HOME & CHRISTY!!!!" I was able to know my Residents were secure and I could start my weekend. Mil gracias :-)

Tarek was extremely helpful in explaining what equipment I had ordered before he started with the installation. When I in quoted about adding another camera outside and a thermostat last minute, he was more than willing to accommodate my request. He made sure I knew how to use the equipment/app and made sure I had all my questions answers before he wrapped all his this. Tarek was very polite and professional. If I have any other products to be added to my home by AAA, I hope they send Tarek!

AAA Security could not provide us with a working doorbell. we cancelled our service. They sent collections to obtain a $338 past due bill for equipment. My husband and I are both veterans. I am 100% disabled. We reached out to BBB for assistance. They accepted the complaint but said AAA would not backdown from the charges. I told the BBB that we are both seniors (74 and 73) and I felt we were being taken advantage of ---we went for four months without a doorbell because AAA couldn't give us a working one. Absolutely terrible service. Had a service ticket to fix 2 cameras that weren't working as well as a garage door opener interface. The guy that came had no clue what he was doing, what the problem was, or how to fix it. Then they billed me $351.00 for doing nothing. They closed my account when I didn't pay for the "service" call. Hasn't been the same since AAA purchased Safeguard. Switching to another Alarm.com dealer.

The installer was polite and did a great job very quickly! He explained everything to me and made sure I knew how to operate the system before he left. I now have piece of mind knowing my house is protected when I'm gone. Great job Khalil.

AAA Smart Home Security took over for a local company and immediately, quality of service went down and costs went up. There were numerous problems with false alarms (including a persistent problem that continually tripped the alarm at around 2am) and many labor charges without results. I would have to disconnect the alarm for weeks at a time, waiting for their service person to come out. After hundreds in labor costs, their solution was to quote a new -- and very expensive - system. They finally admitted that they were not ... read more

This service definitely works well, but we wary of the total cost of ownership. For a service that is intended to be permanent, they do not stand behind the hardware for very long...one year only. Then you will be nickel and dimed to death anytime there is a problem with THEIR system! Labor charge here, labor charge there....Isn't it THEIR responsibility to make sure their stuff works beyond a year? $125 and hour is pretty steep for something that customers shouldn't have to pay for.
