I cancelled my service today with pleasure due to poor horrendous customer service, inadequate and untruthful billing issues, and lack of transparency! I will never promote or suggest anyone to do business with this company!
I purchased the home security w/ outside camera and sensor lights. the installer misplaced the camera and the lighting was extremely low. two days later my license plates were stolen. a few months after that my indoor camera was cut while I was burglarized. Ithe door lock combo was broken, a helpful tech came out. I'm under warranty but my front camera ( burglarized) isn't covered. as a premium customer I thought the warranty would cover the tech visit, and outside camera/ sensor lights. otherwise why bother?! the point is t... read more

The installation was bad. I was told 8m getting notifications on my phone when there is a person au my door neither in my driveway but apparently nothing seen or heard it

This is a pure scam company. My alarm was triggered. I was out side of my house for a long time. I got no call from them. One time, I disconnected the battery for a few hours, I got no calls either. They only collected your payment but don't do the monitoring!

I am very disappointed with a AAA security system. The quote they gave me was not accurate. The equipment installation is not what the sales person told me it would be, it took three visits from their technician to get me installed and I'm still not happy with it. If there was any way for me to exchange this system and not cost me a fortune I would do it in a New York minute this was one of the worst decisions I made.

Had their service since 2020. Twice we have a robery and a theft in our drive, the drive way camera only captures cats and my neighbor going for a walk while Theives and robbers get away. when i contacted the customer service, i was preached on the rules of the camera. UPDATE: It should be noted that the company deserves a kudos as Ms. RB and Mr. TP have worked with me number of times in getting the system to function better. The remaining issue is the doorbell camera which does not function 50% or more of the time, therefore is not reliable. The security panels are functioning well thanks to Mr. TP. My biggest gripe with the system is the sales department's lack of disclosure and transparency regarding the functionality and compatibility with internet, with some of the system's devices... read more

My technician was fast, and he answered my questions, but he was rushing to leave. I was supposed to be able to add to the order, but he told me he had to be somewhere else at 2. He left before 1 so he did have time to plug in another camera, and that's literally all he had to do. He also took a picture of my dogs in their kennel cage and lied to me about why. This is a case of there are not many other options so they will treat their clients poorly. I requested a service I thought they provided. The dispatcher took the information and told me no problem they can take care of it. The technician arrives, says they don't do fire install systems and would let the home office know to cancel the service call and not charge.
