Our installer was great. He called to let me know he'd be here in 45 minutes, exactly on time. He offered suggestions of where to place the cameras, and did a professional job. He was patient and helpful with app set up. Appreciate the personal attention to my security needs.

UPDATE: For the present, for 2026, my devices are connecting to a functioning camera at my front door, most of the time, over the last couple of weeks. I am happy to have the improvement and am revising my rating upwards.

Makes me wonder if they updated something in the area, like a cell tower, or because they were getting so may negative comments that Verizon did something to boost the signal strength.
