Remodel my home in PV. Alarm system was upgraded. While there were several techs involved, Andrew did an outstanding job. He put the system back together and tested everything out to make sure it all worked. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will ask for him if service is needed in the future.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I purchased this service and equipment several months ago. On October 5, 2023, I had a fire at my house and it was a complete loss. On top of loosing everything I owned almost, I had to worry about paying a monthly payment for the service. The only option that AAA Smart Home Security provided me was to pay off the equipment that burned and pay whatever else was owed. There was no empathy for the distress that I was going through or any offer to deduct any part of the equipment cost... read more

I would not recommend this security system to anyone. I have had the most difficult experience with them. I have had multiple issues with my cameras not recording, changing my door code, etc. Getting ahold of tech support is the most difficult thing to do, I either get hung up on or not called back. Now I am stuck with a poor security system I have paid thousands for and nobody will help me. Very unfortunate because I am a very loyal AAA customer.

Brian was absolutely fantastic. He showed up right on time and finished his work very quickly and professionally. He also found additional ways to help us optimize our system during the install. He made lifelong customers out of my wife and me. Get that man a holiday bonus!

I am SO very frustrated with trying to obtain help from Tech Support. After being on hold, for a very long time, the rep helped resolve the issue - or so he thought. Not even 10 minutes later, the same error code and beeping continued. I have now spent 2 hours trying to get back to tech support and am still on hold. I plan to cancel my service and go with a different company! Unbelievable service!

While away for the weekend, my AAA Smarthome security system was armed and my house was broken into. They broke my glass slider in the master bedroom where I had a glass break sensor mounted on the ceiling. The sensor clearly failed as the alarm never activated. I called AAA Smarthome as soon as they opened and explained what happened and wanted an answer as to why the detector failed. Was told they'd get back to me in 15mins. No call back. I've had my Smart Home system for a little over 6 months now. I made the choice to go the self-install route and I'm so glad I did. The set up was so easy!! I've gotten so used to my Blink and Ring system and totally didn't realize that there was better, higher quality systems like AAA Smart Home out there. My parents have been AAA Members for 50+ years. Now I need to tell them about the new line of business with Smart Home. I love it! Great job AAA

once we got the camera to work, the fire alarm goes off all times day and night but no reason nobody's cooking. Nobody's even taking a shower and the best I could come up with was to bypass it and the red light blank so they just advised me to take the batteries out once my contract time is up I'm done, the alarm went off eight different times in the middle of the night in the middle of the day
