From the first phone call to present. ACA Group has given me the confidence for this timeshare to be exited properly. After multiple attempts to reach the timeshare company failed, I know that ACA Group will do everything to the letter of the law for this timeshare to be exited. We just started the process but it’s been so smooth!! Scott listened and answered every question we had. It’s hard for us to trust people but from the beginning it just felt right. I can’t wait for the outcome!! Their customer service is a 10/10!

From our initial contact, the staff at ACA Group impressed us with their knowledge, transparency, professionalism and thoroughness.
