We had our initial contact today. Each person was professional and explained issues and options clearly. We were looking to divest ourselves of 2 timeshares. Our senior advisor listened to our reasons carefully and gave unique treatment to each. He directed us on how to handle relinquishing one of the properties on our own without any legal cost to us.
