ACA group went above and beyond to help our family exit our timeshare. We really appreciated their constant communication, updates and guidance throughout the process. I have just begun our exit journey, and after searching the internet we came across ACA Group. I gave them a call and spoke with Claudius, after explaining to him our dilemma, he directed me to Dale. Dale explained everything it would take to exit and how soon we could be free of it. We would recommend ACA to anyone trying to escape the anchor of a time share

I was very hesitant about contacting another one of these companies that say they might be able to get me out of my timeshare. Once I spoke with the individual on the phone I was very impressed with their knowledge of timeshares and made me feel that I had finally reached someone that could help me. After checking with some companies that refused to take our case, I was skeptical that ACA Group would be able to help. So far so good I just wished that they would have told me about them going after my credit score and taking it all the way down. Because that still makes your credit look bad every single month. This stills adds up to bad credit and thats the bad part about it but other then that we will see how everything goes
