WE HAD ISSUES WITH A TIMESHARE AND THE ACA GROUP FIXED THEM. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF THEIR CONTINUED HELP AND SUPPORT. WE HAD MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE. NOW WE FEEL SO MUCH BETTER THE ISSUES ALL THE ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED. I CAN'T THANK THE ACA GROUP ENOUGH FOR ALL THEY HAVE DONE FOR MY WIFE AND MYSELF. THANK YOU AGAIN.

From the first phone call to present. ACA Group has given me the confidence for this timeshare to be exited properly. After multiple attempts to reach the timeshare company failed, I know that ACA Group will do everything to the letter of the law for this timeshare to be exited. They have the empathy and understanding how important it is to get affairs in order for elderly parents, how important it is dealing with toxic family members. So I am very confident and hopeful. We just started the process but it’s been so smooth!! Scott listened and answered every question we had. It’s hard for us to trust people but from the beginning it just felt right. I can’t wait for the outcome!! Their customer service is a 10/10!

From our initial contact, the staff at ACA Group impressed us with their knowledge, transparency, professionalism and thoroughness. Approaching 90 in a few weeks, with stage IV cancer, what I've suffered emotionally and physically over the past 5 months has been beyond description as I attempted to resolve a timeshare contract issue sold to me through fraudulent misrepresentation and gross manipulation without success.
