Well, so far, I am very impressed with the staff at ACA Group. I was treated with respect, and they asked me all the right questions and provided me with concrete answers about my journey to be Timeshare free within a year. At first, I was skeptical when I was contacted by the ACA Group when they said that they can help me end my Timesare obligations, which I no longer use. Dave did an awesome job explaining everything to us and answering any questions that we had. The procedure was very simple and easy. Basically all my husband and I had to do was sign the document in afew places and ACA took care of the rest.
