Dave did an awesome job explaining everything to us and answering any questions that we had. The procedure was very simple and easy. Basically all my husband and I had to do was sign the document in afew places and ACA took care of the rest.
What a caring and professional company. After contracting for their services in disolving a time share company, they realized it would be easy to do ourselves. Recognizing that, they contacted us and after reviewing the memorandum from the timeshare, they suggested we do it ourselves and rather than holding us to their contract, they released us. We had an excellent experience with our interactions with the ACA Group. They were both professional and compassionate. When interviewing us, they did not read from a script but instead asked detailed and thoughtful questions. They spent a lot of time collecting pertinent details that could build a strong legal case to get out of our timeshare. I recommend them without reservation.
We just started this journey, but so far, everyone has been very helpful. I will leave another review when our journey has come to a conclusion and we are out of our timeshare.
