After years of trying to exit our timeshares and being ignored by the associations management, we are trying the ACA Group. So far, they have been open, transparent & professional. While we do not know if we will be successful, **** refund policy is reassuring that were dealing with a reputable company. So far, so good.

I honestly thought this was a scam and was skeptical about proceeding. The more I kept talking to the gentleman the more I felt at ease. I went with my gut feeling and it so happens that they took care of my situation thanks!

My experience with ACA to begin the process of canceling my timeshare was very good. The individual I spoke with was very thorough and very considerate. I was comfortable speaking openly with him about my needs. I look forward to seeing this through and no longer having the responsibilty of paying the fees for a timeshare that I no longer need.

I had contacted several other firms specializing in time share cancelation but continued to search for a firm that would cancel our time share and remove us from all future obligations. When we participated in a conference call with *** we knew we had the right group. They are extremely thorough and professional. Our relationship has just begun so they have much to do to fulfill their promise however we are confident they will.

Exactly what we desired of, cancellations of time share, somebody immediately answered, the ACA group. It just took us more than two hours, whether be accepted ou motor be accepted by a real estate lawyer. After doing some research and checking the BBB reviews I chose ACA group to help me legally end my timeshare and I couldnt be more pleased about the help I have received thus far.
