From our initial contact, the staff at ACA Group impressed us with their knowledge, transparency, professionalism and thoroughness. Approaching 90 in a few weeks, with stage IV cancer, what I've suffered emotionally and physically over the past 5 months has been beyond description as I attempted to resolve a timeshare contract issue sold to me through fraudulent misrepresentation and gross manipulation without success. My experience with Scott was incredible. He explained in details and was thorough in ever step that was going to be taking in the process. The second call for approval to verification of approval was great. I just begun so I'm hoping for the best until the end.
