Our experience with *** to begin the process of cancelling our timeshare was a very good experience. The individuals we spoke to were very thorough and considerate. We felt comfortable speaking openly with them about what we wanted to do. We look forward to seeing this move forward and no longer having the responsibility of paying fees for a timeshare that we no longer need or want.

***** ******** with ACA Group suggested I call my timeshare company to find out if they had a Volunteer Deed Back program. Which the timeshare company did and I made the decision to work with the ********* company to get out of my ownership. Thank you ***** for the valuable information you provided to me in helping me the decision to work with my timeshare company.
I would give this company 10 Stars if I could. They were honest, upfront and actually saved me money with straight forward advise. They could have charged me the usual service fee for advice and direction but actually gave me direction that I was able to navigate the Time Share exit on my own. Image Free Advise that was actually free. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Each member of the team was very helpful, professional and thoroughly explained every step that will be taken. They left me confident that I will finally be able to discontinue my membership with HGVC in Orlando. I have been taken by another exit company which left me very disappointed and out of a lot of money.

After years of trying to exit our timeshares and being ignored by the associations management, we are trying the ACA Group. So far, they have been open, transparent & professional.
