My experience with Scott was incredible. He explained in details and was thorough in ever step that was going to be taking in the process. The second call for approval to verification of approval was great. I just begun so I'm hoping for the best until the end.

We were so skeptical at first but without any pressure, all of our questions were answered. While the process was longer than we first anticipated, it was the right amount of time to get the 100% guarantee that was promised. My wife and I tried a couple other companies to "help" get out of our timeshare only to be dropped after they took our money. *** was very upfront from the beginning on what they could and could not due. The level of communication throughout the process was amazing and very much appreciated. They were able to get us out of our timeshare after almost 10 years of trying with others.

We are very happy with the service. They were very professional. We never made another payment once we called them. The time period was long but it paid off. They continually updated us on the progress. End result is that we no longer have the timeshare.
