They should be ashamed! I came in last night for extreme food poisoning. I live across the street. The front desk lady seemed so annoyed and couldn't be bothered and told me to go to the ER. I told her I've been helped at this location somewhat recently for the same thing. She told me they couldn't help me and sent me driving 4 miles to the ER I almost didn't make it I had to pull over several times. This place was not good. My boyfriend came in with INTENSE stomach pain. They asked him what level his pain was and he said 10. He was literally wincing in pain. AND THEY GAVE HIM ZOFRAN which is anti nausea meds. Then literally the next day his appendix ruptured and he had to have emergency surgery which we could've avoided if they just gave him an ultrasound or checked him out a bit more then we could've got the appendix removal surgery without risk or infection form it bursting. Immediate wrong diagnosis with tests and didn't provide me with the actual script or had someone call, they texted it and gave me all my info by text which I'm pretty sure is a breach of hippa if that number was wrong.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Nurse Practitioner Julio C. Perez is extremely judgmental, bigoted, and will continually disrespect you if you don't conform to their cisgender world! Within 30 seconds of walking into the treatment room N.P. Perez did not introduce themselves and immediately called me by my full name. After confirming yes, that is me but I go by my initials he continued to be disrespectful by calling me by my full name. After correcting N.P. Perez three times in the span of less than 30 seconds, he got super aggressive and... read more

Edit: They refunded the second copay and took good care of me. Very kind and concerned. They took fine care of me when I cut my thumb. I was told by both the nurse and the assistant that there would be no copay when I came back to have the stitches removed. There was one when I came back. Always disappointing to pay more money than you were told but at least my thumb is ok.
