I have never left a review in my life, and I have to write about my experience today. I was left in tears this morning after my couch company dumped my couch in the loading station of my apartment and refused to bring it up to my second-floor apartment. Every step of the way was Excellent! From the estimate call, customer service, follow-up emails, AMS was Fantastic on every level. Vic, Judah, and Nic were Outstanding! Extremely professional, polite, experienced movers. This was my 12th move, and these guys were the BEST! Zero worries with this fine establishment and staff. I was a little skeptical when the guys showed up. Darius and Jordon surpassed my expectations!! I have a few extremely heavy items. They handled my antique hutch and safe with care. They were efficient and took pride the unloading process. Thanks guys! Note, they did not come with furniture movers or a furniture dolly even after I let the person know when I scheduled. Have moving items ready for your movers. I wish the company would have sent them more prepared for the job.

Our team in the Charlotte area did an excellent job. Matthew, Tim, Kesean, David Martin, Emmanuel, Jordan, Jalen, Tchin handled a large amount of furniture and boxes, what could have been a multi day move, all within one day. We are very impressed with their tenacity and care.

These guys moved me locally a few days ago. They did a fantastic job, were very polite and friendly. I had gotten quotes from two other companies but these gentlemen beat them all. Highly recommend!!!
