They have Very poor customer service. They were Unprofessional with booking and it greatly inconvenienced me.

2 of the movers (an older man and a woman) worked very hard but the younger guy was more interested in grabbing light items and making the woman carry the heavy items. He also did not move the furniture where I told him to take it. One piece of furniture had a chip in it. A mirror was taken off a dresser but they did not reassemble it or leave me the screws to reassemble it. Charlotte, NC. After a room by room estimate by Thomas with a quote for 2 trucks and 6 guys was given at 8 hrs for 4300 yet only 1 truck and 5 guys showed up. The driver came inside to sign papers and scan the home stating you need 2 trucks, called the director of operations in Charlotte- new guy from Orlando Matt who said to me, "sorry lady shit happens." NEVER AGAIN! Horrible business values and morals! A class action law suit should be started due to their deceptive practices. I moved from a 2BR apt to a new home that is 1.5 stories and 30 min away. I hired movers to take the stress off of myself. Everything was ready to load with clear entry/access and my apt has 2 elevators. However, I helped them move my items half of the day. As for the company itself. I was given move dates on two prior occasions but they never showed nor did they contact me to explain anything. Any communication I received from the company was because I initiated it. My last scheduled appointment was supposed to be a morning appointment but my movers did not show up until around 1 50pm. This meant that I had to stop what I was doing and take that time. Unfortunately, I have to give these guys the lowest possible rating. If I could leave a negative star review I would. I hired All My Sons Charlotte to move us on a Saturday. They let me know they would arrive between noon- 3 PM. At 2:50 PM, we get a call that they are cancelling our move due to poor scheduling on their part and the earliest they can fit us in is the following Tuesday. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I've used them twice now. The first time they missed my move in date and had to schedule the next day. Second time(today) they damaged 3 of my items as well as damaging the rental house I was moving from. The only positive part of my experience was working with Kevin wright. Well we call All My Sons moving about two weeks ago and scheduled our moving date for May 28th, today. They called us Sunday and we talked about the move, what all we needed moved, etc. Everything was going great. Until yesterday (May 27th) at 2:00 pm when they called and said they couldn't move us. I hired All My Sons Moving & Storage to unload a Budget cargo van at my new apartment in Charlotte. I was quoted $159 an hour with a 2-hour minimum and asked to make a $477 deposit that would be refunded if I didn't use additional time. Unloading the van took around an hour. I called today to inquire about my refund and was told there was a state-mandated hour long "travel" fee also charged. This was not disclosed at any point during my quote or coordination of the move.
