Bait and switch experience. We were quoted $199 per hour over the phone, but when the movers arrived, the rate had doubled to $400 per hour for two movers (even though it was a simple move within the same complex). To make matters worse, they were originally scheduled for Saturday but never showed up or called. They unexpectedly arrived on Tuesday instead. I would give negative stars if I could. The Worst Company ever. These guys threw out items in there truck without protecting anything. Our items were covered in red mud, glass tables broken, computer screens damaged, furniture damaged. They also held our items hostage over night in their truck because they said their time ran out. They left items when they had to go at our new house with the bed frame unmade, the crib not put back together. They also made me sleep in the floor while I was pregnant. The movers who came were wonderful but this is not a moving company to do business with. They nickel and dime, and the customer service when you're trying to make the payment leaves far too much to be desired. You are much better off finding someone on thumbtack, despite their claims of insurance. Individuals like Crugie will cost them business. I was just asked by 4 people if I would recommend this company and it's an immediate no. Look elsewhere. Zero stars if I could.

Was overcharged for services, price changed upon arrival, and one of the movers stole money from a piggybank I had in a dresser. I went looking for the piggybank and found it in one of their company boxes... I went to them directly and they said well if I had reported it right after it happened then they would be able to do something like an investigation etc.. They were moving my things into storage so how was one going to know that soon. Anyways, I'd look elsewhere...

Terrible service. I booked my appointment which they confirmed and accepted a deposit for, only to call back the day before the appointment & say "there must've been a mix up, the earliest we can assist is TWO DAYS after the appointment. Before you reach out to this company just try to move your own shit.

7 minutes ago New Wouldn't use these slow pokes! Took them hours to move a mile down the road ! They had no communication between the 3 of them. They sloped around and didn't hustle at all. 2 of them were very lazy and 1 guy was trying. First off, they are incentivizing reviews by telling the customer that our delivery guys will get a $50 bonus for whomever has the most 5 star reviews. So don't believe the reviews it's just people trying to help the movers out because I know my movers told me at least 10x they only make $15hr. They Started off by being 3 hrs late. I called All My Sons last week after reading reviews- they were rated as one of the top movers in the country. I just needed labor help loading the moving truck with all of my packed items in my storage unit. The call was easy enough, $100 deposit for each side, $149/hr and anything over an hour was prorated. The other quote I got was over $400, so I was stoked.
