We had previously used AMS to move my father's belongings into storage at their facility in 2023. They were professional and the guys hustled were on top of it. So when we were moving in June of this year, we felt confident about using them again. Unfortunately, something has changed. For your sake avoid using All My Sons. Used them for an in town move. When I originally called I was assured they could move all of my items and the movers would not leave until all items were placed in the final rooms and assembled. Move was scheduled for the afternoon. I called at 2:00 to reconfirm because I had not heard a peep. Was told they were finishing their first move at 2:30 and heading directly to my place with an ETA of 3:00. They arrived at 4:45. Absolutely AWFUL. I really wish we had read reviews prior to scheduling. When we called and described our moving situation, we were told that based on the items we needed moved and the distance, they'd doubt it would be $300, $500 max. We had 2 dressers, 3 nightstands, 1 side table, 1 mirror, 2 bed frames, broken down and by the door already. 1 small, light box. If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are disorganized, dishonest, and completely unreliable. Do yourself a favor: never hire All My Sons. I booked them over a month ahead and was quoted an 8 AM move. They charged my card, but never sent a confirmation email. I had to call back to confirm everything (twice), and still didn't get a time in writing. A week before, they told me I'd now be second in line, arriving "after 10 AM." Not ideal, but fine. Don't go with these guys. We were originally told 8-10 am arrival time. We were never notified of a truck issue that was making them late. Once 12pm rolled around we called, were promised a call back and never got it. This happened 3 more times over the next few hours. They finally showed up around 3 or 4pm. We've gotten a chance now to check through our things and we have several items, including family items that were passed down to me, completely shattered. Bait and switch tactics. The people who quote you are actually sales people who get a commission. So they make it sound better and cheaper than it will actually be. I had to pay 1000 dollars more than the quote. Don't use them in Charlotte, NC. The actual movers were great. And when I complained they agreed and said that they have issues with payment from them too. So, All my sons moving is total deceptive and predatory.

if I could give them 0 stars I would. Charged me 1k to move 7-8 big items. Come to realize that they didn't even deliver some. They also broke my mirror. I'm missing a few things and when I reached out to them they blocked my number. I couldn't get through to claims. The guys said they started service and then left without taking anything and came back an hour later. I used this company years ago and had a positive experience, but clearly something has changed, as my recent experience with them was a terrible one!! Not only were the movers unprofessional, i.e. utilizing drugs on my premises & begging for a tip, which I was going to give anyway, but I was left feeling very uncomfortable when placed on the spot to do it. Horrible company, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, ALL MY SONS SHOULD REALLY BE CALLED ALL MY THEIVES by the terrible reviews and my experience as well. They came, sent 3 kids, was only supposed to be 2 men. Instead we got 2 18-19 yr Olds and the guy Darius who appeared to be in charge might be in his early 20s, he was so unprofessional and showed up in flip flops and socks!!
