This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with They literally just canceled 1 minute before showing up!! Please let that sink in You are trying to move into a house changing utilities etc and they don't show up and when you call them they hang up on you!!! Shut this company down
The move itself was a complete mess: damaged items, completely wrong price estimates, and crews that moved at an unbelievably slow pace. And let's be clear -- this isn't bad luck. They deliberately send you their slowest sons. The kind of workers who drag their feet, take endless breaks, and turn a simple move into an all-day nightmare. I chose All My Sons at Northpark Blvd in Charlotte NC, because of their reputation for good customer service. They requested a video call to give an accurate estimate of how many movers and trucks we would need. When their estimate came in (5 movers, 3 trucks and 7 hours) we thought that seemed a bit much but we deferred to their experience. From start to finish, working with All My Sons was a nightmare. They were rude, condescending and negligent. Their inexperienced crew damaged our home And our belongings, and then loaded the truck incorrectly, causing the weight to be distributed unevenly. This resulted in our load being "overweight", resulting in the need to offload items of their choosing- bikes, tools, stereo equipment and more (interestingly items that they could sell if we didn't play their game to get our items back). Buyers beware!! Horrible company. I don't even like leaving negative reviews because I don't really want to effect anyones business negatively. But this is an utter disgrace!!! Broken furniture!! Delays causing my move to go from an estimate of $700 ultimatel costing me roughly $1700. I ordered a 3 man crew they show up with 2 inexperienced movers. Would rate it zero if I could, terrible company. The office will lie to you on the phone and then the movers will tell you somthing else. Wasted my entire day, do not use this company.

Scam in slow motion. Quoted $600, billed $1,300 for a 1.5-mile move. They start the clock before lifting a box, dragged time, cracked my TV, damaged my walls and called it "policy." Slow, careless, and completely dishonest. If you like surprise charges, they're your guys.
The service is awful and they overcharge! They do not correct their errors! They say that they will make it right but avoid your calls! I have called and left messages but no call back! Poor service! Do not trust this company!

We had previously used AMS to move my father's belongings into storage at their facility in 2023. They were professional and the guys hustled were on top of it. So when we were moving in June of this year, we felt confident about using them again. Unfortunately, something has changed.
