I would not recommend this company at all. They are extremely misleading on price. The ONLY good thing is the professionalism of the mover, Calvin. The other mover is the owner's son and was on his phone and taking pictures to send to his dad. They will quote you one price from corporate with a specific time that you requested. On the day of, this location came at a completely different tim and overcharged me for prices. When I asked for a receipt, it took days to send and none of what was listed makes sense. the movers were careful with my belongings and quick getting the truck packed and unpacked. my problems arose when I realized I did not receive three boxes I had packed myself. I contacted All My Sons and asked if they would check the truck to see if they had been left behind. I was advised to file a claim for my missing items. I listed every item that was lost, along with the replacement value. I was sent a document to sign to settle the claim for $150. DO NOT HIRE! bait and switch. quoted a flat rate fee then charged 2x the amount. Movers dropped our piano 4x! Yes I have the video proof smh. They all smelled like weed and 1 guy even dropped a blunt wrapper in my house! called for a resolution and Alfred could not provide any assistance on the bait and switch. get someone else, this company is a complete ripoff!

Unreal! This has been one of the worst moving experiences I have had. They were supposed to be at my place on Friday between 8 and 11. They called and asked if they could change it to 11 to 4. They showed up at 5. One moved complained non-stop. It took them so long they said they did not have time to deliver that night and it would be the next day. Next day they show up with 2 skinny lay kids. In 2.5 hrs they brought 5 items into the apartment then said they refused to bring anymore up until I paid another $923 on top of the... read more

All my sons movers are horrible. The destroyed the home I was moving from as well as the home I moved to. When I went to file a claim, the customer service rep was terribly rude. The did likely $5000 worth of damage and we settled on $400. Simply horrible!

1. All my sons came out to my house to see my home in person in order to give me an accurate recommendation regarding # of PODs for shipment. 2. The estimator said 2 large PODs 3. When the packers from All My Sons were 1/2 packed on 2nd POD they informed me that my furniture would not fit into the 2nd POD. 4. We were upset and asked for some sort of a discount either on the 3rd POD order or labor associated with loading it. 5. They refused both requests and simply said it was an estimate. 6. Sam is the most unprofessional person I've encountered since moving to this area. I initially reached out to All My Sons Moving for an estimate a few days ago and received an offer for a Black Friday discount if I booked with them. As most of you may know, Black Friday sales aren't just on Friday. I am a lady of a particular age and know that Black Friday sales sometimes begin the week of Thanksgiving and even extend until Cyber Monday. We called them to move from one building to the other since the apartment complex was able to find us an apartment that better suited our needs. The movers showed up and moved us from one building to the other. However, I wasn't there at the time they as I'm traveling for soak. My fiancee called me after they left our stuff outside of the new apartment. They placed our items in trash bags to move them, dropped them inside the apartment, and left the heaviest stuff, our big wooden king size bedroom set, for her to drag into t... read more

Very disappointing service. Guys seemed nice, but when it came down to the actual job being done - the packing and the moving - it was awful. Absolutely overpriced and awful. Items were not packed and thrown onto the trucks. Boxes marked fragile were stacked and placed at the bottom. Things were broken, damaged etc. Do not hire.
