Would never recommend All My Sons. They never reached out to confirm the time, bumped our time back by 5 hours and when explaining our frustration, hung up on my husband. Awful customer service. Save your time and frustration and look elsewhere. Now, we are scrambling to find movers the same day. Extremely disappointed.

Do not use this company ! They will give you one quote and load your furniture get to your new location and hold your furniture hostage until you pay the total amount added to the amount that quoted over the phone. It took 6 hours to move 2 bedroom apartment. Two movers not enough men to move. They like to waste time so they can get more money.

DO NOT HIRE. We hired All My Sons to move to our new home in Charlotte. When they pulled the truck in at our new home, the driver drove into the property directly across the street and put in approximately 20 feet long and 8-10 inch deep divets in the sod/grass. The property they damaged is community property in our neighborhood. We took pictures and videos, and paid $1200 to have it fixed. We asked All My Sons to reimburse us. They have Very poor customer service. They were Unprofessional with booking and it greatly inconvenienced me.

2 of the movers (an older man and a woman) worked very hard but the younger guy was more interested in grabbing light items and making the woman carry the heavy items. He also did not move the furniture where I told him to take it. One piece of furniture had a chip in it. A mirror was taken off a dresser but they did not reassemble it or leave me the screws to reassemble it. Charlotte, NC. After a room by room estimate by Thomas with a quote for 2 trucks and 6 guys was given at 8 hrs for 4300 yet only 1 truck and 5 guys showed up. The driver came inside to sign papers and scan the home stating you need 2 trucks, called the director of operations in Charlotte- new guy from Orlando Matt who said to me, "sorry lady shit happens." We hired All My Sons 5 weeks ahead of our move in the Raleigh NC area and they confirmed. The day of our move at 3:30 in the afternoon they canceled on us. Said their other moves were taking longer than expected and they would not be able to get to us for another 3 days! So basically, they over booked, and we paid the price for it! Totally unreliable and would never hire this company again! NEVER AGAIN! Horrible business values and morals! A class action law suit should be started due to their deceptive practices. I moved from a 2BR apt to a new home that is 1.5 stories and 30 min away. I hired movers to take the stress off of myself. Everything was ready to load with clear entry/access and my apt has 2 elevators. However, I helped them move my items half of the day. I've used other moving companies and had a great experience. Unfortunately this was not the case with All My Sons. We were supposed to move on 5/31, but they called with a story and said they can't come but will come the next day. I found out was a lie by the employees that came the next day. This was very expensive lie, because we had to pay for the inconvenience to the buyers of our home being delayed.
