Wanted to complain about the disastrous move that we had today. I booked this move months ago over the phone and gave specifics on all details of the move including: size of each property, every piece of furniture needed to move and which items needed assembly and dissembled. I was told that I would get a confirmation call to set everything a week before the move but this never happened. absolutely worst moving company under the sun. broke half our stuff. overcharged like crazy and rushed thru our move. it was such a horrible experience. makes me wanna cry even writing this. do not use this company. I never leave reviews but I'm going to go out of my way to leave all my sons a bad review everywhere I can. they broke our $1500 chair.. we filed a claim we got $100 back. this company is criminal.

Wish I'd read reviews before booking. I spoke to a rep, confirmed time and addresses, gave a credit card and was charged a deposit. All of this happened yesterday morning. They attempted to call me to "confirm" yesterday afternoon, and unfortunately I didn't see the vm until this morning. We're supposed to move in an hour. Pasting the vm transcription below. @AllMySonsMoving DO NOT USE!!! Spent 3k on a move, they broke my tv and offered 100 bucks. ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY. Too expensive AND they break stuff and don't care. Poor poor and down right a crapbox of a company

I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!! We hired All My Sons Moving to move us out of our 1300 sqft townhouse to our new house 5 miles away. They had estimated a total of 5 hours. They were supposed to arrive between 8am-10am Saturday morning. They arrived at 10am, did a walk through, then the lead worker came in to talk to me and my husband to let us know it was going to take at least 5 hours for 3 guys just to load the truck and then another 5 to unload at our new house! Well I don't know where to start, The Movers themselves were AMAZING! Carlton, Khamel, And Pancho came and did what needed to be done! They made sure they took everything I wanted and got rid of the things I didn't! Now when it comes to the management side of things, it was an horrible experience! The manager Brandon was EXTREMELY RUDE to the point I was literally in tears! He threatened to call the police because I questioned the total price which was double what I was quoted! Do not ever book this company. I booked them a couple weeks in advance. They took $100 deposit. The day of my move they didn't show up. I called the moving company to find out what was going on. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and then asked to call me back. When I got the call back, they told me they had canceled me and others for that day. They are very unprofessional. They did refund my money after I'd asked for it back. Then someone called me from another office later that day offered to move me the next week. This wa... read more

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY ARE SHADY AND OVER CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. The employees that move things are wonderful but inexperienced and unequipped the perform the job. They make up charges "because you live in this state there are unlisted extra charges that the law requires you to pay us" like what???? Also, don't they have to disclose that?? His response was "oh we haven't put it on the website yet sorry" even though it's supposedly something that's been required for years??? Also, movers need to use one... read more

I used this moving service and it turned out not to be that good. The guys went over the expected time that I was given and the price was risen by almost $400. The movers talked and played most of the time and could have worked a little harder. I was very thankful for the move. However, the truck wasn't able to pull closer to my door, which added on more frustration to the movers. They also misplaced my glass table. The experience could have been a lot better.
