Wow - these guys saved our butts. We were able to get these guys same day on a Sunday and they SAVED US. I couldn't believe we were able to get this help on a Sunday, and the team of guys - Joseph, David and Dorian, were amazing. So polite, so fun and incredibly efficient. What we had struggled with for hours they took care of within a very short amount of time. They were a pleasure to have in our house and were so careful with our belongings. I absolutely recommend and was very impressed.
Ok, so I just read some of the reviews, and I'm sorry for those who had a bad experience, but I had good one! I did get annoyed with one of the managers, but everyone else Ive talked to was great (he was too) the guys arrived earlier than planned, kept to the 2 hours I booked for and I paid the price I was quoted. Thank you for making this move less stressful!
Just had a four bedroom house moved this Sunday with them. They charged me the three guys rate but only sent two. One who showed up smelling like feet and ass at 9am. He was asking us personal questions like what we did for a living and where we worked. I offered him some pizza then later found out he went in the pizza box and took more!! And it took over 12 hours to get the job done. I did complain to management and he was very apologetic and attentive and he refunded me back some of my money.
Joseph crew was " AWESOME ". They were very professional & friendly. They were very careful about all of our personal items. I would recommend them to anyone who needs moving services. Sherry Blanson
Issac and Beyonce did an amazing job today (Sunday 6/11) - Handled complex issues such as getting past door frames successfully without causing any damage. I want them back for Round 2. - Great Job
Fabulous long distance move experience with All My Sons, from Plano, TX to Aiken, SC. Had three of the major brands come to estimate, one took a week to provide estimate and couldn't guarantee date of pick up or arrival. The other two estimated lower but they too could not provide an arrival date --could be as much as 3-4 weeks from pick up date. I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. This was my first time hiring movers, and while the customer service during the initial quote was great, everything went downhill from there. When I booked, I made it very clear that I needed a morning move. The representative told me they normally don't guarantee times, so I said I would look elsewhere. Would not recommend. After putting down a deposit I realized it only secured me for a specific date but not a specific time (which was very important to me) so I called to secure a specific time and was told they typically wait until a day or two prior but they would make an exception and reach out by the end of the day... Drive yelled at me demanding payment . Refuse to secure any of my furniture and making sure it doesn't get damaged with blankets cuz they said it smelled really bad and it smelled of urine yet where I lived in an apartment the management there was standing there and I asked him if he had smelt anything and he said no.
