I spoke to Ashton at the all my sons in the Carrollton location over the phone and she did not properly introduce herself. Ashton later responded by saying "who is this?" I was calling to get some information on something. Then she had an attitude and said "I'm not the person to do that, I'm a direct you to someone else". Then she hung up on me and I was not directed to anyone at all. Ashton is unprofessional at her job and is unfit for the position.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. My father is a combat veteran, senior citizen and on a fixed income. They quoted one price and then charged triple that for moving a bed, some boxes, a couch and a table 4.1 miles away!! They used bait and switch tactics by loading everything up, and THEN having you sign paperwork, where they disclose a fuel charge, surcharge and who knows what else. All my sons is a big rip off, they charged me 1400. To move 1 bedroom 5 miles down the road to another 1 bedroom on first floor, charged 450.00 for gas and travel , had to pay first to get my stuff , talked me into 175.00 for insurance I didn't need, DO NOT USE them , they quote you one thing then they charge you something else , NEVER Again

My son contracted this company for a long distance move from Houston to Phoenix. They bought insurance for the trip. When they got to destination over half their furniture and belongings were damaged. It was determined they transferred all their goods to an LTL carrier...Old Dominion. Then, they refused to honor the claims through insurance and offered a 1/3 of the cost of what was damaged. DO NOT USE this company for long distance!

When we moved we had to put everything in storage for 10 days. We hired All My Sons in Fort Worth (closer to the house) to take everything from storage to the house. Welp, they screwed us royally, they never told us "if we didn't take it apart we don't put it back together" we have a king size sleep number bed and a regular queen that just sits on the frame. Moving 15 furniture pcs. 8 miles. no packing needed. Bedroom set, 2 small sofas, tv, 3 pictures. They charged me $1440 for $700 estimate and would not unload until I signed. They destroyed hand made dresser and 100 year old table moving them 50' to living room. Pushed dresser off ramp. Any company but this

If you are on a budget or facing a recent layoff, I would recommend considering other options before booking here. This is a terrible company. Don"t use them. My experience is similar to other one star reviews, so the details would be redundant. You'll really be in trouble if the movers break or damage your belongings. They are rude and evasive and make it as difficult as possible to collect on the claim, even if you've purchased moving insurance as part of your package. Don't expect any satisfaction from the claims department. Take the time to find a company that stands behind their promises and service. This is not it!!

I should have read the reviews. they are charging 18% for the fuel. what BS is that and they do not state that boldly in the quote so that you wont find out until the move is done and your stuff is on their truck. they claim i was informed BS. I should have got a U-Haul and hired people to help instead of this Rip off company. Value is trash with this company.
