Hire them if you want to get scammed. My sister got ripped off by this company. They charged nearly $500 for like 5 pieces of furniture. I had a move back in September of 2024 with mostly furniture (couches, desks, bed, lovesac, and a swivel chair) also some boxes that they had to pack up. They overpriced me over the phone and I said over $2,000 dollars for moving 15 mins away. The manager that runs the moves in incompetent and rude. Everything you say is your fault and there is not talking to him at all but the movers were nice. Hired them to move the big furniture pieces, everything else was moved by my husband and me. They moved a total of 10 items (biggest were couch and king bed), and took over 5 hours!! It cost us $1250 today, never again will I go with this company. 5 hours was an absurd amount of time, last time we had the exact items moved by another company it took a total of 2.5 hours. SMH. I feel robbed. Please go with another company.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. We were moving late December 2021, I was 8 months pregnant, we were supposed to host Christmas Eve the following week; We needed help moving. AMS was recommended to us by U-HAUL bc they don't have their own movers. We hired them to move our (bigger) NEW furniture from an organized storage unit, into our New/Empty house... The movers showed up late, but it was December so we were gracious. They were very nice, but were a couple of young guys who still needed my husband's help with certain piece... read more

I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last moving company on this earth!! They gave us one price and when we got to the storage unit the movers told us we owed $1300! We were originally quoted around $600!! The manager/owner was so rude and told us they were going to put our property on the curb if we didn't pay....DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!

If I could give it a 0 I would. Long story short. Packers showed up late, high, and had to be recalled for a hit and run in which they were the one at fault. After returning they made a mess of our move, destroying things, chipping our drive way with my husbands golf clubs, hitting our house with the golf balls, wiping poop in the sink, and then practically holding me against my will until I tipped them. I wish I could give this business zero stars, use them at your own peril! The scheduler called and reviewed my details, I offered to send him an inventory list but he declined. He was going to send 3 movers and I told him he should be sending 4. THAT should have been my first clue. They damaged walls, major damage, they damaged several pieces of furniture and then have the audacity to continue to try and settle at 335.00 because "I purchased the insurance". Last July 10, 2024, I obtained the business of ALL MY SONS TO TRANSFER MY HOUSEHOLD GOODS FROM PODS to inside my home. 3 of their movers helped to move my household items I was quoted at $199.00/hrs. The job did start at 8:15 & ended up at 11:11. The worker named Daniel is in a hurry for me to sign scrolling the iPad so fast that I have no time to check out the breakdown of the chargers. this moving company is awful, the price that are charging is outrageous. for example: charging for fuel +$200 when I moved across the street no even a mile away! Also they added other charges. they were so slow, it seems that they were doing that on purpose. it took 7 hours to move 2 bedroom apartment accross the street.
