In Aug 2024, a simple 1-bedroom apartment local (5-mile) move turned into a nightmare including missed 4-hr window for service, very slow crew, and damages to a new sofa and new mattress. They will scam you out of every penny and hold your property hostage in the truck until you pay the amount that is 4x the pricing I was quoted.

I absolutely do not recommend this company. They took advantage of me by charging me about $2,600 which included a little over $400 for gas. My move was only 6 miles from old apartment to new apartment). The move included 3 men and a 8 hour job from 3rd floor to the 3rd floor for a 1 bedroom apartment. The men complained about me being on the 3rd floor but that was clearly stated in my quote. It was a horrible situation. I ended up moving again 8 months later. This moving was not good. We moved on 5/24/2024. The people on phone seemed nice enough and offered an Affirm option to pay for the move. We moved from a 1k sq ft apartment to another that was just a quarter block away on same street. People on phone all said 2 hour min but when we got Affirm option it said 6 hour min. The initial contact was professional seemed genuine and very easy BUT the day of my move was just the exact opposite they told me I was second move of the day (super) the driver called me when he was 30 minutes out and said he was on his way an hour later no show so I called only to be told they didn't know who called me and it must have been a mix up..(Basically I'm crazy and imagined the phone call) So I waited another 5 hours the last move of the Day we get to my storage unit and they are closed had to leave my belongin... read more

My move from Texas to Kansas was staffed at the origin with young and inexperienced movers. The result was they broke the legs of my antique dining table and a side table before the items were even loaded on the truck. Neither item would be usable until repaired. Fortunately (I thought) I bought $12,000 of supplemental insurance to protect my belongings. I had both items repaired in Kansas at an out of pocket cost of $1,500. Do not use ! Whatever price they quote you will not be the final price. The customer service manager in Tempe has accused my wife of being a liar and hung up on us. Worst moving company I have ever dealt with.
If I could give negative stars...I WOULD!! My daughter reserves these people to move her into her first apartment by herself. She paid a deposit for them to move the 20 boxes she had from one place to her new place which was literally half a mile away in the same vicinity. Should have taken them an hour AT MOST!!! With over 1000 BAD reviews, and an overall 1 star rating, shame on me for not looking at Yelp first. I highly advise you to stay away from this company. They sent me 3 kids to move my small 1900 sq ft home. There was no leadership, no mature adult aggressively leading the team to move fast, all these kids did was laugh and chat and use my bathroom.
