The team we had was Awsome! ! The team driver is named Lamont. They were so courteous, kept moving with minimal breaks, wrapped every piece of furniture with so much care/speed, and took direction very well. We have used several moving methods over the last 15 yrs here in DFW and this was the best experience we have had. We are so thankful to have had them. Or was worth the cost because they not only took care of wrapping and packing up a lot but they placed items effectively and put furniture together, as well!! Thank you!
A good friend just got royally screwed by this company. Didn't show up with a large enough truck and the MANAGER said that they were SOL. I would check elsewhere.
Customer service was absolutely atrocious. Especially from the management named Matt.
Poor management, hidden charges, and lack of professionalism. Find someone else!
They were slow and unprofessional! Who starts the time clock and then gives you 100 pages to read and sign?!?!? This company!!! So I signed quickly since the time had started. When I complained on a survey sent after then move about multiple issues.... no one called!!! Shocking!!! They don’t care about anything after they have your money!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!! Do your research, there are much better companies out there that won’t screw you over.
If I could give them a NEGATIVE number I would. My actual cost was 2.5 times the quote. They held my furniture hostage on the truck until the $ was paid. I requested 1 large truck and of course, ended up with 1 small one which would require "2 trips" and then they had to add a second truck to get my move finished in 1 day. I have moved from coast to coast and up east to west and have NEVER dealt with such duplicitous people. STAY AWAY as you cannot say you were not warned. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS. They said on the phone that there is a 2 hour minimum + a 1 hour drive time at $109 per hour. They tell you "oh if it is a small 1 bed, they can definitely load that out in 2 hours no problem." So it appears that the minimum payment is about $350. HOWEVER.....what they DO NOT tell you is that there is ALSO a 2.5 hour MINIMUM UNLOAD time in addition to the 2 hour minimum. AND there is ALSO a 14% fuel charge. Dealing with this moving company was the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did they PURPOSELY underbid in order to overcharge us when they were finished, they charged us for the time they wasted. They lost small pieces from one of shelves, hit the walls of my house, left a dark mark from their shoes on my carpet. When I pointed it out to them, they called their home office and they response was that they were going to send us carpet cleaner for ME to clean THEIR mess.
