STAY AWAY!!!!!!All My Sons Moving was scheduled to move my entire house from McKinney to Celina Texas. They were in my old house for 5 minutes and had already broken a very expensive piece of raku. Then, as the day went on, they broke 2 more pieces of my art and one had mysteriously disappeared. I strongly do not recommend them! Stay away! They are horrible. To make matters worse, they wanted me to sign a document for reimbursement of $150.00!! I am reporting them to the BBB and sending their letter to my Attorneys.

while the movers were polite and tried to work efficiently, a small house move still took roughly 10 hours. While that was a bit annoying, the real problem is they damaged a piece of art and another is still missing. I filed a claim, and they offered $25. I think i would have been less upset if they just said too bad. Don't use them.

I would not recommend All My Sons Moving based on my experience. 1 of the 2 movers who showed up had poor attitudes and were careless from the start. They were not careful handling my belongings, and several boxes arrived broken or damaged. Even some of my property was broken and mishandled during the move. Hiring a moving company is supposed to give peace of mind, but instead, this experience was stressful and disappointing. I hired All My Sons for a move in July, and their movers dragged our furniture across the concrete (after being asked by my husband not to drag it on the ground) and then tried to cover up the road rash and missing chunks of wood by making our bed for us and covering it with bedding. The claims adjuster offered $100 for a $2,600 move and didn't apologize for the gross lack of basic care of our furniture. Hire someone else who actually cares to do a decent job and/or fix it when they massively screw up.

I wish I would have read these reviews before hiring All My Sons. When choosing them to move my furniture to storage, during a home renovation, the company asked if I wanted insurance to protect our furniture if it was damaged. I paid for this. After their team moved my items, we noticed a hole in our leather couch. All My Sons informed us that it only covered things if moved to their storage. This was never told to us. This company is a total scam. Don't waste your time or money. We booked a simple move (one floor down) which would have been their easiest of the day. We confirmed - they took a $100 deposit for the time slot (8:30-9:30 am, first move of the day)... that time came and went. We called the main number, no one answered. It has an automated message that literally just says: "We'll text you!" (They don't.) Absolutely non-responsive. Asked for a quote three times to move a dresser and a bed. No quote. No reply. Nothing. I wanted to use a local company in my town but they apparently don't want my business. Not worth the hassle.

Terrible customer service. Thieves. Avoid at all costs. Reported to the BBB. 70" TV and a Milwaukee tool set just don't grow legs and disappear.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. My father is a combat veteran, senior citizen and on a fixed income. They quoted one price and then charged triple that for moving a bed, some boxes, a couch and a table 4.1 miles away!! They used bait and switch tactics by loading everything up, and THEN having you sign paperwork, where they disclose a fuel charge, surcharge and who knows what else.
