Awful, slow... took their sweet time. I paid way too much for them to move a very few items. They went over time in order make more $. I would give a zero but yelp wouldn't let me

The movers were very nice; however, they seem to be new to moving. They didn't bring any tools even though I explained during scheduling some things would need disassembly. They asked me to borrow my tools. It took so long to take the bed apart because I didn't have an electric drill. They didn't have a plan for junking items and had to use my wagon for transit, and they dropped my items several times due to their loading of the dollies. I have filed a Better Business Bureau report against this company. I am that upset. I will be sharing to everyone I know about their deceptive sales tactics. The movers who came to do the move were excellent. Polite, professional and positive. They are true ambassadors of excellence. They moved quickly, efficiently and carefully all at once. We have moved over 10x as we were a military family-and this was by far the WORST experience ever moving. We did an online estimate where the estimator visually saw every item we had; all 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, all furniture, etc. They quoted us 2200 to move 10 miles and that was without packing the items. The day of the move they told us- oh no, we must have somehow deceived the estimate because they were only told 2 beds and it was only a partial move. The lead mover who was bilingual translated the other 2 crew person in spanish, I found him to be very, very lazy. He lingered through my belongings, marking on my containers with his marker while the other crew member worked very hard. He barely moved and worked. I oberved the lead crew member for the duration of 9 hrs. take advantage of doing nothing , while deliberately prolonging the time of moving and while ordering the other two crew to do all the moving. This company should get "0" stars! Jerry spends aprox 30 min on the phone with us going over what we have & quotes us 4 guys & $2600-$3500 for a 2,400sqft home plus whatever we could get from our storage & they'll pack the kitchen & a few small items we have left. This is approx 3 wks prior to our move date. Jerry also tells us that the guys don't get paid travel time, but we pay mileage. That didn't sound right, but he assured us. This place had problems from the start. First of all be ready to pay around $139 and hour base with 15% Gas and they also try to sneak charge you an hour's pay of getting there and back (we are both located in Dallas). Aka one hour of actual work = $300+ of actual pay. Guys get there and we're messing around for 20 minutes and I mention we're only doing the big items. TVs, Tables, Couch, Bed - that sort of thing. STAY AWAY!!!!!!All My Sons Moving was scheduled to move my entire house from McKinney to Celina Texas. They were in my old house for 5 minutes and had already broken a very expensive piece of raku. Then, as the day went on, they broke 2 more pieces of my art and one had mysteriously disappeared. I strongly do not recommend them! Stay away! They are horrible. To make matters worse, they wanted me to sign a document for reimbursement of $150.00!! I am reporting them to the BBB and sending their letter to my Attorneys.

while the movers were polite and tried to work efficiently, a small house move still took roughly 10 hours. While that was a bit annoying, the real problem is they damaged a piece of art and another is still missing. I filed a claim, and they offered $25. I think i would have been less upset if they just said too bad. Don't use them.
