Customer service representative named Kennedy or Kendall wasn't very nice on the phone when I called to inquire about a move. I ended up still using this company and the movers were extremely nice. I would have recommended this company to our friends who also move around a lot because we are all in the NFL but I won't be doing that.

They lie! On top of lies. Contract for intrastate move says in Remarks "30fter needed.." and they sent a 26 footer. At the end of loading they left a long list of my belongings on the ground. They promised to go back to first address and restore my belongings to my new address. They promised service and return calls. Called Customer Service and was lied to that they would resolve the incomplete move. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Quoted an estimated cost of about $600. Seemed okay since I was moving a 1 bedroom apartment less 2 miles. She said it was $197/hour and since everything was already boxed up, shouldn't take more than a couple hours but with their minimum (1 hour drive time), I could live with the $600 estimate. The movers were great and very efficient. when I called to schedule they did not mention a gas surcharge and and trip fee which totaled to about $350 on top of The hourly fees for two guys. the total trip for this was less than 10 miles round trip, including to the storage facility I will not use them again. This is the Dallas/Carrollton location.

I am really disappointed in the pricing . I moved 15 minutes away and paid 1000 plus. I was the first stop and was charged for fuel in addition to travel time of an hour automatically 30 min to me and 30 min back to the business. It took the movers 5 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment. although I do admit the movers had difficulty getting a table in the door . this resulted in a table not making it in the apartment but in my garage after it has been scratched up because it got stuck. Never again. We were at a deadline to move out. They tried to cancel and reschedule. They were supposed to be here at 9 am. It is five thirty pm with no sign of them

I have used this company 3 times before with no issues however during this last move they placed heavy boxes on top of other boxes which couldn't support the weight when they loaded my things into my storage unit. As a result, several items were crushed and broken. I have provided proof they were responsible and they refuse to compensate me for even a fraction of what was damaged. if I could I would give them--1. first of all, I did not hire them. I stay in the senior community, we had to move out then back in due to renovations. At the meeting they promised to pack and unpack everything. they did't. I have a bad back and shoulder. this moving aggravated it. the same was when I was moving back. the worse thing is that their storage was not accessible for us. they brought back my furniture infested with bedbugs. they don't answer to my claim. they ruined my antique lamp and offered me $8 for it 'to... read more

-For a very small move, mostly boxes pre-packed, they never returned my $100 deposit or deducted it from the final balance. The move was within a 10-minute distance between two places in the Allen area. They did not inform me there would be an extra labor cost of $337, but they added that. Then, they tried to forcefully charge me for insurance that I had previously declined, and they also attempted to charge me for extra material that was not used.
