Grace was my first contact in the call center and was Fabulous!!! First of all, Quote was Not explained appropiately and ended up being much more than expected. And, yes, I realize prices have gone up since last move almost 5 years ago. Sent 2 men and seemed slower than my previous moves over the years. All boxes were marked and I am sure they were tired, but everything wasn't even put in appropriate room, which will cause wasted time to rearrange and put away. Everything was completely wrong. The movers were AWESOME!!! Aaron/Eric was rude and mean. Told the movers just to leave our stuff on the curb cause they wanted them to pick up another job. The quoted us 249$ with a 100$ deposit. Came out to be $$515. Look elsewhere they're not a good company to go with.

This moving company is a scam. I wish I had time to review this crap of a company. I was quoted a price for a simple move of bedroom furntiture. from one location to another for 15 miles. When they arrive to the destination with my furniture they invoiced me a price that was 85% higher. Yes 85%. When I called to discuss the charges the manager named Doug didn't want to honor the quote and laughed while hanging up. I'm a veteran and integrity and honesty goes along way with me. Be warned - the nicest people on the phone... The worst communication and dependability on the day of our move! The noon arrival promise...turned out to be 5:15 PM. ' "Sorry, sorry" seems to be a word they use frequently. When they brought the boxes in at the destination, the boxes labeled " Fragile" with padded wrapping, after a 30 minute drive, had broken dishes. Oh, their review comments make you think they care, and want to improve. Clearly they don't. Check other review sites, they are not good.

Customer service representative named Kennedy or Kendall wasn't very nice on the phone when I called to inquire about a move. I ended up still using this company and the movers were extremely nice. I would have recommended this company to our friends who also move around a lot because we are all in the NFL but I won't be doing that.

They lie! On top of lies. Contract for intrastate move says in Remarks "30fter needed.." and they sent a 26 footer. At the end of loading they left a long list of my belongings on the ground. They promised to go back to first address and restore my belongings to my new address. They promised service and return calls. Called Customer Service and was lied to that they would resolve the incomplete move. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Quoted an estimated cost of about $600. Seemed okay since I was moving a 1 bedroom apartment less 2 miles. She said it was $197/hour and since everything was already boxed up, shouldn't take more than a couple hours but with their minimum (1 hour drive time), I could live with the $600 estimate. The movers were great and very efficient. when I called to schedule they did not mention a gas surcharge and and trip fee which totaled to about $350 on top of The hourly fees for two guys. the total trip for this was less than 10 miles round trip, including to the storage facility I will not use them again. This is the Dallas/Carrollton location.

I am really disappointed in the pricing . I moved 15 minutes away and paid 1000 plus. I was the first stop and was charged for fuel in addition to travel time of an hour automatically 30 min to me and 30 min back to the business. It took the movers 5 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment. although I do admit the movers had difficulty getting a table in the door . this resulted in a table not making it in the apartment but in my garage after it has been scratched up because it got stuck.
