I have used this company 3 times before with no issues however during this last move they placed heavy boxes on top of other boxes which couldn't support the weight when they loaded my things into my storage unit. As a result, several items were crushed and broken. I have provided proof they were responsible and they refuse to compensate me for even a fraction of what was damaged. if I could I would give them--1. first of all, I did not hire them. I stay in the senior community, we had to move out then back in due to renovations. At the meeting they promised to pack and unpack everything. they did't. -For a very small move, mostly boxes pre-packed, they never returned my $100 deposit or deducted it from the final balance. The move was within a 10-minute distance between two places in the Allen area. They did not inform me there would be an extra labor cost of $337, but they added that. Then, they tried to forcefully charge me for insurance that I had previously declined, and they also attempted to charge me for extra material that was not used. Find a different moving company asap! we used All My Sons to move us to a different apartment in the same complex, and they tried to charge us $1,000. One of the workers talked on his cell phone instead of loading the truck. He didn't start loading the truck until he saw me loading it. The other one used their material without asking me or my wife. This company is not only unfaithful but also violating Texas state law. They emailed me that they were having system error on their hand, but they are still refuse to give me full refund like they promised on email and keep declining dispute. I strongly suggest everyone who had similar case to report this matter to FTC so they can get investigation they deserve. Will force to call you because they will tell you to remove the review

Wish I had read reviews beforehand. I've moved all over DFW and previously hired help through uhaul and rent a truck and it's NEVER been more than 4 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment. I was quoted 3 hours, everything was boxed and ready and it took SEVEN HOURS! I am extremely disappointed with this service AND the movers were in such a hurry to leave they left 4 things, including a washer & dryer, at the old unit and had to turn around. Worst moving company I have ever hired. They quoted us 3 hours to move us out of a 1400sqft apartment into a 2 story home 5 mins down the road. It took them 8 hours to complete this move. What's crazy is that I packed everything before they got there and I took over about 1/4 of the boxes before the actual move. For starters, the gentlemen that showed up to move my things were respectful and appeared to be hard working. However, I was their second move of the day and they were clearly very tired when they arrived. I recommend asking for a lower rate if you're the second move of the day because the move will take much longer than it should due to the human factors related to being very tired. Hire them if you want to get scammed. My sister got ripped off by this company. They charged nearly $500 for like 5 pieces of furniture.
