Tied bookshelves together and did not wrap bottoms. Dragged across floor. They arrived broken in half and shredded and gouged. Movers whined that if I filed a claim they would not be called back for more jobs. When I stated they destroyed all SEVEN and they are responsible, they started making nasty smartass comments while bringing more items in. One of them said my bookshelves were junk anyway. Save yourself time and money. I used them 7 years ago to move a one bedroom apt from Plano to Grapevine Texas. I reserved a first time slot 6 weeks in advance. My movers didn't show up until 4:30 pm worn out and exhausted. They saw my boxes and started cussing in Spanish. They took forever to get the truck loaded and charged me for excessive rolls of tape and packing materials. I wanted to cancel the job but corp said they were fine. Scammers.... do not use this company .. they over charged what they said it would cost , they add disposal fee when nothing was disposed of.. they sent 2 workers out 1 worked while the other guy did nothing but stand around talking to different girls on his phone so made time take longer which was running up my bill ! the guy on the phone came to me throughout the moving to keep putting a ipad in front of me telling me to sign explaining nothing cus he was still on phone talking he did say this ain't the amount so money will... read more

Wish I would've read the reviews beforehand. The 2 movers I had were good no issues with them. The problem was the final bill. My move was 7 miles and the charge was $142 for fuel. That charge plus the travel was $301 by itself. I was actually shocked once I checked my bank statement and had to go back and review the charges. With tip this 7 mile move came out to $1,013. Ridiculous!!! Never again!!!

I've moved all over the country and have used moving companies numerous times. All My Sons is the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. I used their service to move to Downtown Dallas in September of last year. They were late, slow, broke my furniture and also engaged in fraudulent business practices. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am in the process of reporting them to the appropriate Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Do not use this company for moving services.

This company is absolute garbage. DO NOT USE THEM! I never leave reviews for things but this experience made me. hidden fees are ridiculous. was charged 219 dollars for gas when we went 5 miles down the road. was 218 an hour for movers. they were slow on purpose. overweight and complainging the entire time. 2 didnt even apeak english and i had to use a translator. the one guy who did speak english couldnt even communicate with them either. my boxes were taped and ready and they wasted time taping them again for litterally no... read more

Poor service, broke several items including the fixtures for the washer and dryer. Went to check the place I moved out of and found tons of screws, bolts, and nuts on the floor. They had to have come from the furniture but why wouldn't they notice the parts won't fit together if you don't have the correct parts? It's like they got three quarters of they through the move and just left.

Grace was my first contact in the call center and was Fabulous!!! First of all, Quote was Not explained appropiately and ended up being much more than expected. And, yes, I realize prices have gone up since last move almost 5 years ago. Sent 2 men and seemed slower than my previous moves over the years. All boxes were marked and I am sure they were tired, but everything wasn't even put in appropriate room, which will cause wasted time to rearrange and put away.
