THIEVES DO NOT USE THEM. So I'll start off by saying I had three delivery drivers. My move was as simple as it gets a small one bedroom downstairs, move to another one bedroom downstairs 3 mi away. I was charged almost $600 for this simple move. They allowed the drawers to come out of my computer desk and my nightstand and both ended up broken. They cancelled my son’s move the day of his move 3/12/21. Wow talk about leaving someone hanging. Don’t use these guys.
Not worth the money. The people they sent over to my place were not fit, and took much longer to move things than necessary. While they were nice, they definitely wasted around two hours taking breaks to talk and text while in the truck. They also don’t tell you what you sign for and tricked me into signing for “protection plans” I didn’t want. I was estimating around 600 for 3ish hours but ended up paying over 900 for under 5.
I had a horrible experience. I will never ever use movers again. 2 days before the move I was told that I would be the second move of the day. I never heard any thing after that until I finally called after 12 PM the day of the move as they had not showed up or even as little as called yet. The mover mentioned to me that the first move of the day cancelled their move so I am not sure why they showed up so late. Totally over charged me to move 25 boxes and a small bookshelf and a end table. I even helped and still loaded my own car. They charged me 711.00 and wouldn't give me a receipt. Do NOT use this company!!!
We were scheduled for the movers to arrive between 7:30-9. I called AFTER 9 to figure out what was going on. They Had an issue with a driver but failed to notify us. The movers didn’t arrive till 2. They damaged our couch, told us they would file a claim and we would receive an email. My husband called and spoke with Anthony as the movers were pulling out of the driveway saying we would receive the claim. Of course that was false, and a claim was never started. I had the worst experience with this company. My daughter hired them to move her 1 bedroom apartment. The total drive to the new apartment was about 20 minutes. We were quoted a price that we believed was fair . They were supposed to arrive between 9am and 10am. They didn't arrive until 1pm. They loaded everything onto the truck and once they arrived at the new location we found out that there were $300 additional in hidden fees. Zero stars!!! Steaming pile of straight garbage of a company. I paid for a 3 person crew and they sent a 5”0 woman (who said she can’t lift the heavy items) and two guys who literally, not figuratively, literally struggled lifting a 35lbs kettle bell. They didn’t know how to operate the lift gate, they took 45 minutes (at $180 an hour) to start moving things from my storage unit, they took 2 hours (they quote you one hour that they cover, that’s a d@mn lie!! They charge you $200) all in all it cost me $1000 to move 3 dresser... read more
For a house that was 100% packed and everything in one room, and wrapped, movers took “6 hours”. Total crap. They will tell you $169 an hour to then charge you $1900 and then expect you to give them a tip. Don’t let them scam you!! They will charge you all these fees that they “are required” to charge.
