They quoted $179 per hour in labor, which sounded fair. They didn't bother to impart in clear terms that they would bill $120 for 'packing supplies' (tape and wrap) whether we used it or not. We needed very little and some of the things that needed to be wrapped, weren't. They also charged $179 for the truck (fuel, etc.). Never mind the fact that the vast majority of their drive time was spent getting to my place. If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers. Scheduled move in advance for a Tuesday. Confirmed multiple times for a 730-900 arrival. After calling the Ft. Worth office at 8:45a on the morning of the move, I was told they are looking for a a driver still and could not tell me when they would arrive. According to the office, the assigned driver worked late the previous evening and was on DOT rest. Yet for some reason, no one bothered contacting me to reschedule. By far worse experience I have had in a moving company. First while doing a review, they over watch you to make sure you give good review but after inspecting all my items. Roughly $4000 of ruined furniture. This company only offered $250 for damages which doesn't even cover the damage they did to the house I moved out of during the move. Do not use this business what so ever. Go elsewhere!
THEY SUCK × 10. MOVE SCHEDULED ON FRIDAY FOR SATURDAY. NO CALL NO SHOW. WHEN I CALLED AT 1 30PM TO CONFIRM WHEN THEY WERE COMING, THEY ALLEGE THEY CALLED AT 6:33 AM... Who calls at 6 33am on a Saturday. The young lady said someone would call after 9am. They took our deposit for a move on Saturday but then said Tuesday was their next availability. Before you consider contracting with All My Sones contact me first. I will provide you with a report of our experience on 3/29-30, 2021. We made 19 moves in the military and 3 moves since retirement and this was the worst move of all. Management bailed by only saying we can voice our issues with the claims department. I don’t think the claims department can resolve the fact that the crew walked off the job with about 20% of the work left to be done. Lots of damage plus committed work not completed.
ZERO STARS!!! Absolute worst moving experience. Multiple pieces of furniture damaged. And boxes were lost. The manager is the rudest and most unprofessional individual I’ve ever come across in the service industry. Never use this service. I made that mistake and it will never happen again. I cannot fathom how little my things were cared for. I don’t know what’s worse the absurd price I paid to have my things broken or how worthless the customer service was to help my track down the personal items that were priceless to me.... read more
I had a nightmare experience with the Broomfield Colorado manager John(I called the police about his behavior) and reported it to the Texas corporate office speaking to Leona. She said they would investigate and call back. Left messages for a call back since nobody called. I guess even at the corporate level they don't care about questionable conduct even when there are audio recordings.
