First off let me say, the phone number they had on file for me was not correct. So when they call and confirm, they were calling the wrong number. Not only were they calling the wrong number, they were calling to reschedule our move for my 93 year old grandmother to a senior living community. we were told 950$ and they held us to 300$ extra. my mom and I were yelled at over the phone by the owner for arguing the wrong price. screamed at and told that if we didn't pay they would take our items. this business is a joke don't ever use them. wish we never did.

This was the absolute worst moving experience of my life. The movers were incredibly slow and got very little done. They were unable to fit a leather sofa in the basement and left it in my backyard without even telling me. I had very heavy chairs that needed to be moved from the deck to the backyard. They moved the chairs into my living room and then said they did not have time to finish moving them so I'm forced to look at them until I can hire other movers. 5/21/22 Our move started at 12:30PM and we were quoted to have two one bedrooms moved into our new place all for roughly $700 for three hours. It's now 7PM and we were charged $1300 otherwise they would not move our items into the new apartment and off the truck without payment. We have three men moving us that have not worked quickly or efficiently. They don't deserve the 1 star, but Yelp doesn't allow 0 stars. Stay AWAY from this company. We had a pod to fill up. The moving crew did nothing to pack in a smart way and then just left, over an hour before the time we paid for. They did call once while packing saying everything wouldn't fit in the pod. We understood some things may not fit and told them to get what they could in the pod. Once that was full we said it was fine to put everytihng else on the main level in the living room. To start, the crew texted me asking for a $150 tip per person before they even got there. They scratched the front of my refrigerator Almost immediately, then scratched and dented my floor at my new house. They filled up their truck and I still had to make 4 trips with a truck and trailer. They did not disassemble or re assemble anything, I did it all because they couldn't figure it out. They quoted my apartment move in midtown Kansas City $400, then it ended up being $1000. One man overly wrapped everything to take longer, at one point they just made phone calls and waited around. After some time, they informed me that I had to tell them to unload the vehicle and that's why they had just stopped for so long. So that was probably 25-30 minutes wasted. Extremely dissatisfied. Company missed represented pricing. They quoted me at 350 ended up being over 750. I priced searched to find the best moving company in the KC area and chose all my sons because of their quote. I recently came accross this review "On 9/17/21 I used All My Sons Moving for a small move. Five 1/2 city blocks, studio to studio, no large appliances.
