WORST PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY EVER!! They had an associate come to our house to bid the move. We went over every detail and set an estimated time to start the move, 11am. We were to be closing on the new house at 9am that same day. 3 days before the move, Matt, a manager there, called to say they’d be at my house at 8am. I explained we couldn’t do that. RecommendedSince this was our first experience with movers I didn't know what to expect. I found the crew to be kind and courteous. They did not waste time and treated our possessions with caution and care. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing a big move.
What a horrible company! They moved the previous owner out of our new home here in Olathe in December. They scratched the hardwoods moving the fridge. Previous owner said All My Sons would honor the moving insurance policy. We've filled out paperwork, got all the documents they asked for, got a bid from a local flooring company, and all we've gotten is the run around. Awful company. I called four days before my move to confirm. They called two days before my move to confirm. today is my moving day, hours before they were to show up they called to cancel. "Our crew didn't show up we don't know what to tell you". Completely screwed me over. I have to be out of my place tonight at midnight. I would never recommend this company. Unreliable and unprofessional.
How can All My Sons Moving improve??? You could stand up for damages that are done to others personal property and instead waiting months to respond to your customers, resolve the matter after the move, take responsibility for your mover shoddy actions and make adjustments then and there to resolve the damages after receiving pictures of damages. In these trying times, you would be thinking of others rather than for your wealth.
We just had our move scheduled last weekend. It was scheduled 4 weeks prior, it was the very first thing I did when we found out our closing date and when we could move in. They were an hour late, then they called and said “we don’t have a driver so we have to cancel” literally we were sitting in our driveway waiting. Not show up later that day, cancel all together. update: 1 yeat later they refuse to fix the damage caused by their team. Customer service is a joke of broken promises, AVOID ALL MY SONS AT ALL COSTS, you're better moving yourself. All My Sons was hired by our sellers for their end of the move out. I have a hole in my ceiling and wall damage beyond normal move hazard. Our sellers have work diligently over the last 6 months for resolution and nothing has happened. The quoted price was way off, I was not given the service I was promised, they didn't take my bed apart because they do not carry an Allen-wrench as they told me is not a common tool to have! I'm like what? So I had to do that on my own on the following day, and had to borrow a truck and take to my destination, so an hour of my day was lost because they failed to do what they promised me! I am a second time customer. The first move was perfect. On time. Professional. Clean. Efficient. Second move. Opposite. This crew showed up at 830 on a Thursday. They smoked pot in the driveway before starting the move. I was told when I booked the move that it would be completed in well under the two hour minimum.
