Movers were late, and did not wear masks. The company's practice of having you sign documents before completion is sneaky and unethical so if damage is done during move there is no paperwork. Two movers were so busy wanting to get home they did not fully remove covers and ended up dropping furniture and scratching hard wood floor, they were not apologetic and just said they were tired. MOVERS BEWARE!!!!! If I didn't have to give no review star, I would have. All my Sons Moving is the worst Co. I have ever used that has no respect for your personal belongs, i contacted management about the damaged on my furniture and he said he sent three of his best movers, if that's his best, I hate to see his worst. the Co. put me off for two months before they even got back with for damages done, the Co. will give you an estimate and then charge close to double for the amount for the move. Don't use this Co.will be so

The quoted price was way off, I was not given the service I was promised, they didn't take my bed apart because they do not carry an Allen-wrench as they told me is not a common tool to have! I'm like what? So I had to do that on my own on the following day, and had to borrow a truck and take to my destination, so an hour of my day was lost because they failed to do what they promised me! Drivers not only lied about how long it took to get the job done, they took the longer route adding about 6-7 miles and they also overchar... read more

And let me remind everyone why hiring this company no matter the city is a horrible idea. 1. Horrible customer service 2. Didn't honor their appointment time- not once but twice (2 different move dates no-showed on) -sorry but when you reschedule someone on the day of their move you should be priority on the next appt. nope, not how it played out- we were "worked" in between two other jobs! It started off well. Jonathan who came and gave the quote was professional. Skip to the moving day... in the contract, they state doors will be protected, all items will be shrink wrapped. That's not the case. Within in 10 minutes of the crew starting to move items, a large gash was made in the kitchen cabinet. Oh, we'll take a picture of that and send it to our boss. I Would never recommend this company. They were to pickup Location 1 and deliver to location 4. Then pickup items from Location 2 and deliver all those items to Location 3. NO--they delivered half if the items to location 4 which is 20 minutes away. They took no responsibility and said it was totally my fault. Have to pay another company to deliver big items to the right location. NEVER had such terrible customer service. DO NOT USE this company. Lesson learned!!!!!!

The men were courteous and came on time but they broke a very nice entertainment center and the company only paid $60. They said .60 per lb was their maximum price, not the value. In other words, a $600 piece of furniture was lost and can't be replaced. This was my 4th and last move with them now that I know my items are not protected. I engaged them to move my senior mom. I had used them 3 Other times in the past personally. Read the fine print. It could have been worse if it was the sofa or other item.

If I could do 0 starts I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had 6 boxes stolen -- our X-Box, Play station, computer monitor, Nintendo switch, keurig, skillet, dishes, leather jacket and high end clothing box and more! When contacting them they said, "we have the best guys -- they don't steal. If they accidentally leave something in the truck then we put it into a room. I could check the room."
