And let me remind everyone why hiring this company no matter the city is a horrible idea. 1. Horrible customer service 2. Didn't honor their appointment time- not once but twice (2 different move dates no-showed on) -sorry but when you reschedule someone on the day of their move you should be priority on the next appt. nope, not how it played out- we were "worked" in between two other jobs! It started off well. Jonathan who came and gave the quote was professional. Skip to the moving day... in the contract, they state doors will be protected, all items will be shrink wrapped. That's not the case. Within in 10 minutes of the crew starting to move items, a large gash was made in the kitchen cabinet. Oh, we'll take a picture of that and send it to our boss. I Would never recommend this company. They were to pickup Location 1 and deliver to location 4. Then pickup items from Location 2 and deliver all those items to Location 3. NO--they delivered half if the items to location 4 which is 20 minutes away. They took no responsibility and said it was totally my fault. Have to pay another company to deliver big items to the right location. NEVER had such terrible customer service. DO NOT USE this company. Lesson learned!!!!!!

The men were courteous and came on time but they broke a very nice entertainment center and the company only paid $60. They said .60 per lb was their maximum price, not the value. In other words, a $600 piece of furniture was lost and can't be replaced. This was my 4th and last move with them now that I know my items are not protected. I engaged them to move my senior mom. I had used them 3 Other times in the past personally. Read the fine print. It could have been worse if it was the sofa or other item.

If I could do 0 starts I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had 6 boxes stolen -- our X-Box, Play station, computer monitor, Nintendo switch, keurig, skillet, dishes, leather jacket and high end clothing box and more! When contacting them they said, "we have the best guys -- they don't steal. If they accidentally leave something in the truck then we put it into a room. I could check the room." It took them 3 1/2 hours to load my house and 40 min to unload it. They seemed to work faster when it was gonna stretch on to their personal time. They also damaged many items that I had personally restored and turned dressers and my jewelry armoire upside down which made everything a disaster. The main Guy who I signed the contract with couldn't explain most of the things he wanted me to sign for. Okay, let me explain how this service is not worth the money spent. Husband and I moved from an apartment to our new home. On first call, was quoted 300-450 for the move. That's it. Told about the minimum 2 hours of labor and a 14% fuel charge. No big deal. They scheduled me for my preferred date. Fast forward to three days before the big move, they call back and schedule me for the morning (my preferred time). Do not use this company! When you call to setup your move, they go by the number of bedrooms you have, not how many items or boxes you will be moving. Also, they will charge you for shrink wrapping your furniture $25/roll, bags to put you mattress and box springs in $8.00/bag, $15/wardrobe box that they don't take when they leave, and the blue covers to protect furniture. Used this company last March to move. They did some damage on a brand new townhome that we were moving into. Spoke with one of the "so called" managers and told him of the damage. His movers also took pics but supposedly never turned them in to the office. The manager asked if we could resend pics. My fiance and I took more pics and sent over via email. Covid cases were high at the time so we understood that there may be some time in between getting damage fixed. Not the case after a month went by we contacted their off... read more
