Hired to help with a move just a few miles. Nearly every piece KC furniture I own was damaged. Items were not properly wrapped and protected. Some of my things disappeared. Three movers were promised, only two showed up.

My wife and I hired this company to help us move, and it was terrible. The company promised us they could disassemble and reassemble our bed yet their guys didn't have any tools so we had to search through our stuff to find our tools. Our bed frame ended up getting busted. They were supposed to arrive at 11:00am, they didn't arrive until 4:30 in the afternoon. First, they did not show on day they originally scheduled. 2nd move was rebooked for a Monday, so we all had to miss a day of work. Just went downhill from there. Movers worked hard , but did not have the correct dollies for the move. Damaged multiple pieces, including a new washer/dryer and an adjustable bed, along with the mattress. Moved a small, 1 bedroom apartment from the first floor to the second floor in the SAME building; $1056.00! This company charges for everything; $209 per hour - 3 hour MINIMUM (took then 1.5 hours), another $209 for "travel time", even though the move was in Lee's Summit where their office was clamed to be (travel was really about 20 minutes from Kansas City), $117.40 fuel charges, $102.60 for wrapping a sofa, small table and dresser! After booking this service, I had to callback to cancel within 30 minutes because our move wasn't ready. I was told on the phone and email that the deposit was refundable. On the phone I was assured the service was canceled and ask for a confirmation to be sent. Not receiving a confirmation I replied via email to the original booking confirming the phone cancellation. Again no response and yes, this group went ahead and processed the deposit and has refused to refund. Buyer beware.

Do not trust this company! Quoted me $387 to move 3 miles 5 weeks before move. 4 days before move they call and say it will cost $650. They promise to arrive between 11 to 1. On moving day @ 1:30 I started to panic thinking I would have to find another company & called to ask when they were coming. The man who answered was very rude & told me 3pm. I hired All My Sons for a small move from Kansas City to Chicago--filled out the forms, bought insurance, etc. They didn't show up. They didn't answer the phone. I had to hire another mover in a hurry (Sunflower Moving and Storage) which broke everything. Avoid both these movers at all costs.

These people are thieves. We had them move us and over $1500 worth of shoes were stolen. We have filed a claim and it's been two months and have received no feedback. We will be filing a small claims court suit against them soon. Do not use these people!
