It took them 3 1/2 hours to load my house and 40 min to unload it. They seemed to work faster when it was gonna stretch on to their personal time. They also damaged many items that I had personally restored and turned dressers and my jewelry armoire upside down which made everything a disaster. The main Guy who I signed the contract with couldn't explain most of the things he wanted me to sign for. Okay, let me explain how this service is not worth the money spent. Husband and I moved from an apartment to our new home. On first call, was quoted 300-450 for the move. That's it. Told about the minimum 2 hours of labor and a 14% fuel charge. No big deal. They scheduled me for my preferred date. Fast forward to three days before the big move, they call back and schedule me for the morning (my preferred time). Do not use this company! When you call to setup your move, they go by the number of bedrooms you have, not how many items or boxes you will be moving. Also, they will charge you for shrink wrapping your furniture $25/roll, bags to put you mattress and box springs in $8.00/bag, $15/wardrobe box that they don't take when they leave, and the blue covers to protect furniture. Used this company last March to move. They did some damage on a brand new townhome that we were moving into. Spoke with one of the "so called" managers and told him of the damage. His movers also took pics but supposedly never turned them in to the office. The manager asked if we could resend pics. My fiance and I took more pics and sent over via email. I will not hire this company again. Moving is stressful enough without adding the stress created by the movers you've hired to help. Just thinking about our moving day still creates feelings of anxiousness in me! Our experience started well enough with an estimator who came out to price our move, which was not the highest nor lowest bid we received. THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE!!!! Very unprofessional owner and workers. They will quote you a price then show up and tell you that they will need $150-$200 each in tips to do the job. Use anybody but these people. THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER HIRED. This company doesn't deserve to have 1 star.

DRIVER TRIED TO KILL ME AND CRUSH MY CAR AND RUN ME INTO CONSTRUCTION ZONE!!!!!!! I was driving home from work between 7-730 from i-35 up north 29 where there is heavy construction and road improvement Saturday, September 26, 2020. We had to merge into a one lane. I would not hire these movers again. The office people told us that the crew would arrive with materials for packing last minute items. They had zero supplies and asked us to carry a mirror with us in our car from KS to Massachusetts. An antique desk that my mother specifically had asked about in advance as her only treasured possession was initially packed upright after we had specifically been told that it would be packed on its side. ** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ** IF YOU ARE IN KANSAS CITY, AVOID THIS COMPANY. We were over-charged by an hour and the "co-owner", Matt Davis, continues to SCAM his way out of giving us our $194 refund. Our move was 3 weeks ago, and we have contacted them at least 7 times asking for our refund. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Matt's name is mentioned in many reviews as being unethical, unprofessional and a BIG SCAMMER.
