And let me remind everyone why hiring this company no matter the city is a horrible idea. 1. Horrible customer service 2. Didn't honor their appointment time- not once but twice (2 different move dates no-showed on) -sorry but when you reschedule someone on the day of their move you should be priority on the next appt. nope, not how it played out- we were "worked" in between two other jobs! stole my deposit after telling me i would be able to cancel. said i need 48 hours notice but i made my reservations less than 12 hours ago. literally stole my money and gave me nothing. on top someone name Jimmy was extremely rude to me on the phone when i questioned him why i was told yesterday i could get my deposit back without issues. never have filed a complaint with the BBB till today.
This company is horrible! I had several pieces of furniture damaged and the manager kept telling me a furniture repair guy would call me to repair the furniture and I never heard from him. I’ve moved a lot and I’ve never had an experience like this. Don’t use them!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Charged 3x what was quoted, then broke over $1500 worth of my stuff!! Have been calling for MONTHS and they pretend they can't figure out how to email a "claims packet", which is total bs. Terrible, fraudulent local company - and I will absolutely get my money back one way or another.

Tried to oversell me on labor needed, did make minimum hours clear, and on the day of the move they were going to be an hour and a half late to the appointment, when I said I didn't need help after that long they didn't care. They just take your money and lie
RecommendedMichael Warren was the crew leader and did a really good job listening to us and keeping the 5 man crew on target while training two newbies. Very good experience from a client perspective. We've moved 4 or 5 times now in the metro area and this was the very best of them all. Thanks Michael and all my sons!
** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ** IF YOU ARE IN KANSAS CITY, AVOID THIS COMPANY. We were over-charged by an hour and the “co-owner”, Matt Davis, continues to SCAM his way out of giving us our $194 refund. Our move was 3 weeks ago, and we have contacted them at least 7 times asking for our refund. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Matt’s name is mentioned in many reviews as being unethical, unprofessional and a BIG SCAMMER.
