I will not hire this company again. Moving is stressful enough without adding the stress created by the movers you've hired to help. Just thinking about our moving day still creates feelings of anxiousness in me! Our experience started well enough with an estimator who came out to price our move, which was not the highest nor lowest bid we received. THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE!!!! Very unprofessional owner and workers. They will quote you a price then show up and tell you that they will need $150-$200 each in tips to do the job. Use anybody but these people. THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER HIRED. This company doesn't deserve to have 1 star.

DRIVER TRIED TO KILL ME AND CRUSH MY CAR AND RUN ME INTO CONSTRUCTION ZONE!!!!!!! I was driving home from work between 7-730 from i-35 up north 29 where there is heavy construction and road improvement Saturday, September 26, 2020. We had to merge into a one lane. I was in the right lane in a tiny compact prius C. They're driving a 30 foot truck. I would not hire these movers again. The office people told us that the crew would arrive with materials for packing last minute items. They had zero supplies and asked us to carry a mirror with us in our car from KS to Massachusetts. An antique desk that my mother specifically had asked about in advance as her only treasured possession was initially packed upright after we had specifically been told that it would be packed on its side. ** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ** IF YOU ARE IN KANSAS CITY, AVOID THIS COMPANY. We were over-charged by an hour and the "co-owner", Matt Davis, continues to SCAM his way out of giving us our $194 refund. Our move was 3 weeks ago, and we have contacted them at least 7 times asking for our refund. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Matt's name is mentioned in many reviews as being unethical, unprofessional and a BIG SCAMMER.

This company overcharged me based on their own rates. I watch the movers drove past the drop off location to pull into Quiktrip to get themselves something to drink but charge me for the time. They charge me an additional half hour beyond when I was finished with the move. They also charge me for supplies that they never used. I contacted the business to bring it to their attention and two weeks later have still not been reimbursed for the $146 overcharge. They lost a lamp and wouldn't even offer to reimburse. Owner's response was "mistakes happen". Ignored repeated attempts to get it resolved. Movers themselves did ok but I would never use this company again. Moved end July 2020

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. extremely unprofessional and rude management. We payed $600+ to have a couch moved out of our apartment in kcmo to our house in prairie village. the movers could not get it out and refused us any refund (this is really the only thing we payed them to move). my husband eventually got it out with a friend $600, no refund (even partial), or help later.
