I would not rate this company even 1 star if it were allowed to rate them a 0 out of 5 stars. Our moving experience was awful from start to finish. I was told the movers would arrive b/t 8-10am. After calling twice to inquire as to their whereabouts, I was told they were on another job already and would arrive shortly. At almost 11am, the workers arrived. I have moved dozen of times in my life and I have never been mis-quoted or explained how the system works "more wrong" then with All My Sons moving!! Estimated quote was over $400 dollars wrong and the "EXTRAs" that are part of the $179 charge already... were NOT part of the $179 charge. I have never felt as cheated as I did with this company than anyone else I've had to put my trust into. Please read reviews and ratings before hand (like I didn't) and watch your back.

As soon as they arrived at 6pm, one of the guys had to use the restroom which took 15 minutes that I was charged for. While he was in the restroom, another one of the crew members told me that "we know the company charges a lot, but we are willing to take cash if you pay us instead and will charge you half price". They used metal dolleys on all of my wood furniture, scratching all of it. The main guy was super unprofessional and they are so overpriced, it's not worth it. The lead guy on the 3 man crew actually told me it was customary for people to tip them $150 each! I was floored. He also made the other 2 guys do the hardest part of the move. They didn't help set anything up and they charged me a $380 traveling fee because their office is about 45 minutes from my house, that was on top of the mileage fee. Called at 7:30 to tell me they were coming, but I wasn't scheduled to use the apartment loading dock until noon, which was stated when I confirmed. Then around noon the called and CANCLED because the screwed up the schedule. They cannot get me in tomorrow and I'm scheduled to be out of my place this week. They can't organize their own schedule

Left us high and dry. Trusted them to get us moved-timing was extremely important. Never showed up. Tried to call 4 times. Got the runaround and told they'll get back to us. Finally, 4 hours later, they tell me they "can't fit us in today". Not ok. Begged, pleaded. Nope. Now I understand why they are a one star. Horrible. Run away!

Don't bother. Move on to the next moving company. Called in advance to schedule a 2 bedroom apt move. Was told 1st hourly price was wrong and it would be more. I agreed with the new higher price. Was asked and I gave the All My Sons agent my credit card information to secure the slot. We called the day before the move to follow-up as we hadn't heard anything from them. Was told we were not on the schedule an there was nothing they could do. Put us in a real bind.

All My Sons Moving is unethical, disrespectful/rude and conducting fraudulent business practice. Do not hire this company. My husband and I chose All My Sons Moving & Storage from three bids after Jonathan Brown, estimator and moving specialist, came to our house a few weeks prior to our moving to walk through our entire house to estimate the cost of our move and provide us with a written estimate. I used All My Sons Moving on May 8th, 2020. My boyfriend & I received a call at 8:15AM that they would arrive at our apartment in 30-45 minutes. They arrived & they were decently fast at moving everything out..but they were unprofessional & didn't stay focused. Travis & his coworker just wanted to talk about their multiple wives & how often they drink on the weekends I am all for talking to your customers, but this is not the way either one of us wanted to be talked to.
