RecommendedI moved to Kansas from Arizona. I don’t know anyone and needed help moving my things. I called them the day before, they were able to schedule me for the next morning. They were very fast and efficient. None of my items were damaged, and the movers were very polite.
This company of moving cheaters should be shut down! They damaged at least 12 pieces of my furniture and broke a glass on a curio cabinet. They won't stand behind anything they do or tear up. They moved slow and charge by the hour! They don't listen to your instructions and put stuff any where they chose. So you end up moving a lot of items after they leave. Would not recommend them or use them again. They also change charges from their quotes.
they damage furniture and won't own up to it or repair. they play the blame game even though it was their own movers who called them and admitted they broke it.
Jim Pennington was absolutely RUDE and the worst manager iv ever met ! I would never recommend Jimmy Pennington Location . He over charged and also gave me the worst experience! Also had to call 911 on him because he had his co worker lock up his truck with all my belongings and i never said i wasn’t going to pay the bill didn’t even make sense ! I will be Calling corporate and will be telling them the worst experience i had with them ! Jim Pennington you are disrespectful i know your mom didn’t raise you like that smh .
Absolutely awful. Damaged some of my grandma's stuff during a move and tried to blame it on the pods. She was already going through enough after just losing her husband. My mom had scheduled a move with them too, they threw their stuff around including a jewelry box, which made the contents fall out and they stepped all over them. Claims are BS. Will highly recommend everyone I know to NEVER use your lying company.
Horrible moving company. Would not ever recommend them to anyone! It was unprofessional and chaotic from the very beginning. Very misleading from what I was told would happen when they came to give me a quote. I have sent emails to the owner who has not even acknowledged my complaints.
Horrible horrible company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were sold a move that included packing, removing and packing and reinstalling of our TVs and our artwork. They said to leave everything in the cabinets etc and they would take care of it all. They showed up did shrink wrap or bubble wrap anything. They didn’t pack anything either. It was all in the contract. They damaged several one of a kind artwork and autographs I have not to mention a bunch of our furniture. They moved out stuff in a hodge podge manner.
