OMG, people. Please, please, please take notice of why All My Sons Moving gets a consistent 1 Star rating. If there was a "ZERO" star, I'd check that option. I feel like a complete idiot for falling for their scam. I call, explain what I need moved, 3 appliances...and i get a price of $170/hr. I'm good with that because it's being moved a whole 15 miles. The three men who moved me and my family were nice and hard working, but I feel like they overcharged us. Paying $1,400 for moving is too much, and it's absolutely ridiculous! 2 weeks before my family and I moved to a new apartment, a man over the phone told me that the moving was going to cost us between $800-$900, and he lied! I was forced to pay $1,400 to move from Allen to McKinney. Never again! Please use a different moving company! I'm sorry, but I am not using all my sons for the next move.

This company does bad business & doesn't properly disclose fees or deadlines. When I first booked my move I asked about what fees they had besides the hourly rate. He assured me there was a gas fee of $20-something dollars and the hourly rate. Later when another agent contacted me to confirm my reservation he tells me about an additional fee that they automatically tack on to get the truck from the warehouse to my location. Do not use these movers. They were terrible. They didn't put together any of our furniture that they moved until I told them to the next day. They also literally threw all of our other stuff into the garage, taking no care at all, with boxes landing upside down, on their sides and stacked with the heaviest boxes on top. ALL of my serving dishes were broken, my Kitchenaid bowl was broken, hat rack broken, dressers broken, bookcase broken. Absolutely the worst moving experience ever! The worst moving company ever!!! Rude, unprofessional, careless, overpriced...Half of my furniture was damaged, scoffed, scratched, I am missing handles and shelves from my 6 months old refrigerator. It is going to cost me around $400 to get a replacement. Awful !!! Liars! When I called them they said that it is not their fault, were rude on the phone. If you like your belongings and would like to keep them, please don't hire this company.
DO NOT USE this company for your moving needs. I had a very small move with locations less than a mile apart and was quoted $150. When they were finished, which was less than two hours, I was then told I owed over $750! This company is dishonest and very unethical. Please take this advice and look for another company to use for your moving needs.
unfortunately I am only able to select the number "1" as the lowest rating. I should be able to select a negative 1 (-1) as their service clearly didn't meet the rating of zero. If they never would have arrived at all after promised the move date/ time I believe their rating deserves a zero. Slow, standing around watching packing happening, these are not professional movers- if you just need some extra hands, better off to get day laborers
I wish I could give them no stars. I am a college student, who works a full-time job while in school full-time. My landlord started throwing students out in order to renovate to market to families (more money) so with a week's notice I had to pack up my two-bedroom and move out. I called this company stressed out and in tears and they were so nice to me.
