Stay away! This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. We paid them over $6,000 to move us from Frisco to Austin. Contrary to the pitch we received from the sale person with a portfolio of glossy photos, our "full service" move team was a group of kids that actually got into a fight with each other in our drive way. Was quoted $149 per hour for 3 guys and a truck. They really confuse you with the fast talking and additional costs. First I was told that loading and unloading was the labor, plus 2 hours travel time, plus 14% fuel charge. Then I was told start to finish plus 2 hours, when I asked if it was door to door plus 2 hours, I was told labor is the labor plus 2 hours for travel. This company is a COMPLETE AND UTTER SCHAM! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. We were quoted a $500 move. 150 and hour minimum 2 hours. It took 3 men 5 HOURS to load up my 2 bedroom apartment. I kept checking back to see progress but kelts seeing the same things there. There were 3 guys but they only worked one at a time. Never all 3 at once. They were scheduled to be there at 11am, arrived at 2pm and weren't done until almost 10pm. They make you pay before they unload or else they hold your furniture hostage! The tip money we took out, $100, was stolen out of my husbands wallet. When I told the crew leader that I couldn't tip because the money was taken he basically brushed it off and had no concern for the fact that the money was stolen. I had a good move with this company a year ago and that is why I gave an extra star with this move. I wish that I would have seen these reviews before I used this company. WORST MOVE EVER. They broke 9 items, packed everything so poorly and tore up my walls moving things into our house. Now they're offering a penance for the damages. Unbelievable. Worst experience w a company. Don't use them!!!

Stay clear of these guys. Crew was great. Rep was awful. Talked to him several times on the phone when booking. Told me about $159 travel charge but didn't tell me they were less than 10 from me. Never mentioned a $150 gas add on for maybe 40 miles total. Overcharged on labor. When questioned he said I should have read the email closer. Got me once but never again. This was McKinney location

I struggle to find a review in which they are given more than one star, so I'll just add my story to the mix. Virtual quote with Jared was supposed to be a "worst case scenario" and included furniture we ended up moving ourselves... they were always going to charge the quote because there's nothing stopping them from doing so. It took them an entire extra day, and the crew from the first day intended on leaving the job incomplete without telling us. We had to raise hell just to get them to finish the job. I'd like to give them no stars for their dishonesty. This company lures you in with the cute name of All My Sons, reminiscent of the old tv sitcom My Three Sons. They lured me in with a special deal of $159/hour. I figured I could get out of it for around $300 dollars because I had everything ready to grab and load. They quoted me one price to move a couch, then doubled the price the next day, then refused to refund my deposit. These guys are complete rip offs. I would never use them, nor should you.
