I wish that I would have seen these reviews before I used this company. WORST MOVE EVER. They broke 9 items, packed everything so poorly and tore up my walls moving things into our house. Now they're offering a penance for the damages. Unbelievable. Worst experience w a company. Don't use them!!!

Stay clear of these guys. Crew was great. Rep was awful. Talked to him several times on the phone when booking. Told me about $159 travel charge but didn't tell me they were less than 10 from me. Never mentioned a $150 gas add on for maybe 40 miles total. Overcharged on labor. When questioned he said I should have read the email closer. Got me once but never again. This was McKinney location

I struggle to find a review in which they are given more than one star, so I'll just add my story to the mix. Virtual quote with Jared was supposed to be a "worst case scenario" and included furniture we ended up moving ourselves... they were always going to charge the quote because there's nothing stopping them from doing so. It took them an entire extra day, and the crew from the first day intended on leaving the job incomplete without telling us. We had to raise hell just to get them to finish the job. I'd like to give them no stars for their dishonesty. This company lures you in with the cute name of All My Sons, reminiscent of the old tv sitcom My Three Sons. They lured me in with a special deal of $159/hour. I figured I could get out of it for around $300 dollars because I had everything ready to grab and load. They quoted me one price to move a couch, then doubled the price the next day, then refused to refund my deposit. These guys are complete rip offs. I would never use them, nor should you.

Unreliable, bailed on us the day we were moving. Don't bother with this company, there are many other companies to choose from in the area. Truly a shame that people would treat customers like this when most would be more than happy to assist us and take our business during these tough times.

Zero stars wasn't an option - Doug is a totally dishonest, despicable business owner. Book at your own risk!!! The company bailed last minute (the day of the move) and left us all hanging with no feedback and no response. These people are not running a business, they're running some sort of scheme. I don't know what they get out of leaving people stranded the day of their move other than one star reviews, but here's another!

I was only supposed to have 3 movers but 4 showed up. They showed up after 10:00 a.m. but charged me for a 9:30 a.m. start time. They moved really slow until my husband showed up and micromanaged them. They were good at wrapping and taping my furniture. Only 1 leg on a piece of furniture ended up broken. I did end up with some scratches my newly painted walls, and one of them stole my daughter's Air Pods off her night stand. When I called to report it, I got brushed off and dismissed. **Please read if you plan on moving with this company** I am not big on writing reviews, but this was by far the absolute worst move of my life with this company. I had scheduled for 11 am, and it took them until 6 pm to finally get to my house to start. I had to call them several times to get them to actually come move. Not only were the logistics terrible, but the price of a one bedroom apartment to a remote 15 minute location added up to be $521.00.... even when they were 7 hours late.
