Do not use these movers. They were terrible. They didn't put together any of our furniture that they moved until I told them to the next day. They also literally threw all of our other stuff into the garage, taking no care at all, with boxes landing upside down, on their sides and stacked with the heaviest boxes on top. ALL of my serving dishes were broken, my Kitchenaid bowl was broken, hat rack broken, dressers broken, bookcase broken. Absolutely the worst moving experience ever! The worst moving company ever!!! Rude, unprofessional, careless, overpriced...Half of my furniture was damaged, scoffed, scratched, I am missing handles and shelves from my 6 months old refrigerator. It is going to cost me around $400 to get a replacement. Awful !!! Liars! When I called them they said that it is not their fault, were rude on the phone. If you like your belongings and would like to keep them, please don't hire this company.
DO NOT USE this company for your moving needs. I had a very small move with locations less than a mile apart and was quoted $150. When they were finished, which was less than two hours, I was then told I owed over $750! This company is dishonest and very unethical. Please take this advice and look for another company to use for your moving needs.
unfortunately I am only able to select the number "1" as the lowest rating. I should be able to select a negative 1 (-1) as their service clearly didn't meet the rating of zero. If they never would have arrived at all after promised the move date/ time I believe their rating deserves a zero. If there is anything less than 1 star I will give them. They are a useless and fraudulent company do your research I wish I did. The charge you extra break your stuff and refuse to pay. Beware
Slow, standing around watching packing happening, these are not professional movers- if you just need some extra hands, better off to get day laborers
I wish I could give them no stars. I am a college student, who works a full-time job while in school full-time. My landlord started throwing students out in order to renovate to market to families (more money) so with a week's notice I had to pack up my two-bedroom and move out. Beware: They will purposely take their time to over charge you. HORRIBLE. 900 SqFt Apt. I only needed the service to move heavy furniture (1 King Size Bed, 1 dresser to match, 1 full kid bed, mini kid dresser to match, 1 Love Seat and 1 table). Everything else me and my family handled (ALL boxes, and household items). Paid for 3 hours for $800+. I live in an apartment complex on the 4th floor with elevators. Selecting this company was a big mistake. They underestimated the truck size. They sent three gentleman who one of them was his first day. They loaded the truck poorly so all of my stuff couldn't fit. When we finally got to the drop off spot they wanted to charge me three hours to unload. The price was nothing like the quote.
