I was stuck in a tough situation where I needed same-day move out and barely had anything packed. Not only did they send a crew out to help me within an hour, but the crew was very professional very quick and very caring. They helped finish packing and loaded everything into the truck. First time hiring a moving company to move. We had a pipe burst in our apartment and we had to move immediately because the unit flooded so bad it was unlivable. They helped us move into another unit in the same building. The moving crew were efficient and very helpful even after they came from a job that took them 6 hours. They even helped me wall mount my TV after the move was complete, which was not required of them to do. A lot of negative reviews here but I had no problem with them. They did the job well and nothing was damaged in the process. My biggest complaint about movers is how much they complain about the move the whole time. Hello that's the job you signed up for! Neither of these 2 movers ever complained and were positive during the whole move.
Our moving company (2 Men and a truck) bailed out on us one day before our move!! ALL MY SONS came to our rescue! From the office staff to the crew all were excellent. The office staff checked in with me every 2-4 hours by phone to see how the move was going and make any adjustments necessary. Excellent crew. Elmer and his team were incredibly professional. We had several oversized items and they didn't blink an eye. They just strategized an efficient way to get these moved. I'd recommend them to anyone!!
An excellent moving experience! From my initial contact until the final destination, this was a seamless move. The crew, Jesus and Jose, were on-time and ready to go. There were two stops, with no issues. We experienced an elevator problem at my local storage facility but the guys were very patient and I wasn't charged for any additional time due to the inconvenience. John Taylor and Markion were very professional! They showed up on time and handled all of our items with care. Moved from a storage unit into a moving truck and they made everything look easy. Will definitely use them in the future!
Very good customer service.. Movers were on time and fast .. They did very good job with wrapping all furniture and delicate staff ... The only bad thing was a little bit overprice:. Otherwise will be perfect !!
