I would give zero stars. Most of the stuff was broken. We also had boxes lost and the manager of the McKinney location is completely insensitive and unprofessional. I can't believe how little care was taken of my stuff and how little they cared when boxes were lost. Never use this company. I never will again. And my stuff is broken and lost because I decided to try them out.

I've never left a Yelp review before but I need people to hear this: Please do yourself a favor and do not use this moving company. I was moving from a studio apartment (with no large furniture whatsoever) to a two-bedroom in the SAME APARTMENT COMPLEX and was charged over $900. My family of 5 has moved across DFW for $900. This company is a complete scam!!! My husband and I had to turn the keys into our apartment leasing office by 5:00pm on Sunday 3/7. We were quoted $199.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum, 1 hour travel time, 14% fuel charge, plus any additional hours would be prorated. We paid a deposit prior to the move as well. If I could give zero stars I would. Damaged multiple items and broke a picture and left the glass in the street for me to clean up. Left a dresser UPSIDE down for me to figure out how to get it upright on my own. Damaged my new bed frame, bookshelf, and China containers. If only, if only I had read allll the reviews. On angies list, google reviews and Yelp. If I could express the level of disgust that j have for this scam, con I would curse like a sailor. They are the worst in customer service, in lies and they do not care about you, your things or your business. Stay away! This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. We paid them over $6,000 to move us from Frisco to Austin. Contrary to the pitch we received from the sale person with a portfolio of glossy photos, our "full service" move team was a group of kids that actually got into a fight with each other in our drive way. Was quoted $149 per hour for 3 guys and a truck. They really confuse you with the fast talking and additional costs. First I was told that loading and unloading was the labor, plus 2 hours travel time, plus 14% fuel charge. Then I was told start to finish plus 2 hours, when I asked if it was door to door plus 2 hours, I was told labor is the labor plus 2 hours for travel. This company is a COMPLETE AND UTTER SCHAM! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. We were quoted a $500 move. 150 and hour minimum 2 hours. It took 3 men 5 HOURS to load up my 2 bedroom apartment. I kept checking back to see progress but kelts seeing the same things there. There were 3 guys but they only worked one at a time. The tip money we took out, $100, was stolen out of my husbands wallet. When I told the crew leader that I couldn't tip because the money was taken he basically brushed it off and had no concern for the fact that the money was stolen. I had a good move with this company a year ago and that is why I gave an extra star with this move.
